Alana (probably spelled wrong) was absolutely excellent. Customer service was great and she had the best attitude. She even left us a note in the box to thank us for coming. Best place in the region

While it may not be the absolute best pizza I’ve ever tasted, it certainly is delicious. Whenever I visit family in Grand Ledge, this will be my top choice and will likely continue to be for a long time.

My order was delivered to the wrong address. Even though dinner was delayed we managed. The manager was Polite and corrected the situation. Even though we did not get our food she made sure we were compensated and Kept a calm head. Definitely will order again. View menu

I ordered a pizza the other night and it was fantastic. One of the staff members really went out of their way to have a short conversation with me while I was paying for my order. Their kindness and friendly demeanor made me feel very welcome. My family will surely be ordering again soon.

My Alfredo dish came cold, barley anything it it. The employee with the long pony tail is very rude. She had no manners at all. Made me wait for her for 10 minutes while she was doing nothing. I asked twice if I could pay for my dish. She ignored me. So Igrabbed it and left the change and left. She was beeping very rude. Last night I got the same thing and called saying it wascold and empty and she was mean in the phone.

Downgrading again: there was a hair baked in to my pizza today AND it was yet again marked as ready before it actually was. Come on guys. Updating my review, because the last four times I 've ordered for pickup, the order has not been ready when the trackersays its ready. The employees are marking orders as ready for pickup the moment they come out of the oven, skipping qualitycheck entirely. Not a huge deal, but irritating if you 're already there and waiting. My first time using the online ordering system. It’s a Friday night so I know they were going to be busy. After getting my order in the cart I submitted it with my payment information and delivery address. It gave me a start time on my order and atext notification option which I accepted. I must say I was very impressed with the whole experience. The delivery was awesomeand the text notifications were on time. My pizza was removed from the warming bag and still oven hot. The Thin Crust Deluxepizza was absolutely delicious. A generous proportion of my favorite ingredients in every bite. Domino’s you did great! Thank you!!

I think we all already know what the Domino 's menu tastes like. Honestly, it 's really good but far from the best pizza I 've ever had. However, I LOVE ordering from here because of the staff. They 're incredibly kind and you can tell they take pride inthe level of service they provide! ???? 2022 UPDATE: The quality of the food has changed. We still order regularly but havefigured out what items are consistent and what to avoid ordering (ie: the wings have good flavor but are soggy, so we don 'torder wings anymore; the dips are horrible so we don 't get those anymore either). The parmesan bread bites are perfect allllllthe time and all of the pizzas are good!

Worst establishment i’ve ever attended. Terrible service, terrible management, TERRIBLE FOOD. I placed a pick up order last night, came in and wasn’t greeted what so ever. Not surprising for me tho i’m used to this. Received my order, got home, thepizza was TERRIBLE. Uncooked, sloppy, grease was dripping through the cardboard. I thought it wouldn’t get worse, but it did.I called for a replacement order, to give this franchise another chance (Which I won’t anymore) and they REFUSED to replace myorder i had just placed unless i could find the receipt that we all seem to dispose of after ordering something as small as apizza.
