"Husband went to pick our online order sat at the bar 6 people came up to him asking for the name they finally got it to him and he went to check it and no nachos so he had to wait another 10 mins on top of wait 25 mins then we ordered a taco salad beef they gave us chicken then we didn’t get a taco we ordered and no drink with kids meal so I called and asked to speak to the manager took 5 mins for them to come said they would make the food again I said can you just refund the taco that you forgot he said no we make it I said I’m not coming back i have kids that are hungry and he said okay give me a second I’ll look on the computer and then hung up on me I called back he said come back and get the food I’m not refunding I said you messed up all my food and mean to tell you won’t refund anything back and he said come get food I finally got upset and hung up the phone we will not be back at all unorganized and unprofessional"

My friend and I went here, and while the service wasn’t bad, when she placed my food down this is what I saw. I got the quesabirria tacos, and it was completely full of fat. It was absolutely repulsive and I can’t believe they would serve this. Thankfully they took it off my bill, but I wouldn’t recommend this View menu

So my waiter was amazing.. the food was not it was burnt. And when I said anything to the manager. He threw his hands up like who cares. Another lady manager ended up removing my food out the bill because I didn't eat it. But again our waiter. Was amazing. He's a gentleman that had all the bracelets on and all the pens.. again he was awesome it was none of it was his fault

I dined in for dinner and found my table to be extremely unstable and wobbly—it shook with every movement. We were served stale chips, so we asked for a replacement since we had ordered guacamole and queso. Unfortunately, the new chips were still hard and stale. The dips were fantastic, which made it disappointing that I couldn't fully enjoy them. It also felt like our server was ignoring us; he only seemed interested when it was time to settle the bill. While we enjoyed the food, the wobbly table made dining uncomfortable.
