"I've been a customer of ihop since I was 7 years old till now,18. I love this place and the food is amazing but unfortunately i just left from a not so wonderful experience. I had this beautiful lady with a gorgeous afro as my server. As beautiful as she is, her service was trash. our food was basically being thrown on the table in an aggressive manner. i truly understand how it might be stressful sometimes as a former server myself. Truly though no matter in wat circumstances you are found in, service matters. customers matter. I hope she elevates her customer service, that way many others can have a welcoming experience when having her as a server. Thankyou !!"

Worst IHOP ever encountered. They served us reheated pancakes!! How do you tell? The cakes were dried, and split at the outer perimeter of the circle. Probably never going to an IHOP ever again cause of this particular location experience. View menu

I really enjoyed their combo meal, as it allows you to sample a variety of dishes at once. Considering the quality, the price is quite reasonable. They also offer unlimited coffee at no extra charge, which is a nice touch. The waitstaff were excellent, making my breakfast experience even better. I highly recommend this place!

Overall, it was an excellent experience, although a bit pricey—$20 for four blueberry-topped pancakes and four sausage links. The restaurant was really busy, but the wait was definitely worth it. Both the food and service were outstanding. I’ll be back as soon as possible. They are clearly committed to maintaining their brand quality.

I used to go to this ihop location all thr time, when I lived in Union City. I can to visit family and decided to treat myself. My waiter was Joshua he was friendly did a good job on service. I was pleasantly surprised to find out my Favorite waiter from before PETER still works there. It was great seeing him. When I would come in and he saw me, he knew my order and would put it in. Great experience here for a family brunch before we went to American dream mall. I personally love the avocado toast with added cheese and runny egg over it with a side of fruits. It was Delicious. Pancakes, milkshakes, hot coco, coffee all great. Family members had different style omelettes, waffles, and the burger with onion rings. It was satisfactory. Parking available. Place was popular and full. Tables distanced for social distancing. Loved that. Staff was very friendly.

The restaurant was quite busy, but my friend and I were seated quickly. I ordered hot chocolate, which arrived promptly, though I might have preferred coffee since it comes with unlimited refills. The water took a bit longer to arrive. I chose the 2x2x2, which was delicious and satisfying, with the pancakes being quite substantial. My friend ordered a sausage, egg, and home fry platter, and while the food was tasty, it did take some time to come out. This delay was understandable, so I commend the chefs and staff for their efforts. Overall, it was a lovely experience.
