Great location.Everything was very clean.The manager was kind and friendly.We arrived almost at closing time and they all were very warm instead of trying to get rid of us.We returned the next day for lunch and again, everything was great.Dietary restrictions: Lots of vegan options

The service was wonderful, and fast delivery of the food. I loved my food! It was very tasty!Vegetarian options: They have a lot of options for vegetarians! I thought that was great to be all inclusive like that!Dietary restrictions: You are able to substitute out items to basically build your dream dish.

My wife was craving a good sandwich. We haven't been to a Jason's Deli for a while, so we decided to see if it would satisfy the craving. The selections were vast and delightful. We had the California Club, Muffaletta, and tomato soup. The sandwiches were pleasantly full with fresh ingredients. They both satisfied what we were looking for. I would give it zero if I could. The food was terrible. The food was dry and not cooked well. The sandwich bread was old. When I asked to talk to the manager, the cashier said he is the manager. Later I found Alex is the manager and he was there. Even though he was there, he didn’t talk to me. The cashier was so rude and he was making fun of me and my friend while we were complaining about their food quality. Horrible place and very unprofessional.

Jason's is usually a safe choice for quick and a little more health-conscious food. They are pretty consistent across the country. This location is particularly good when the asian manager is there he is on point, and I almost never have to wait too long for my takeout order. When he's not, the service is about average, and to go orders suffer more, leaving you to wait 10 mins or more past your scheduled pick-up time. Not the end of the world but mildly inconvenient when you're on lunch at work or just looking for a quick meal. The real problem is the Middle Eastern manager, who usually works nights. He is almost always rude and messes up your order, then blames it on you but won't go over t...

I used to go to Jason’s Deli weekly prior to COVID. Since then, every location I’ve visited has really changed for the worse.Prices have increased, but the food quality still seems good.My issue is I visited the 121 Custer location around 4:30 PM on Sunday, June 5th.I wanted to sit at a booth, but looking closely, most of them had crumbs on them, many tables sat with empty dishes and plates waiting to be bussed and floors had crumbs everywhere.I did not see an employee actively cleaning or bussing any tables during my dine-in visit.I’m so disappointed in this and other Jason’s Deli locations.
