Customer service sucked so bad but i get it they probably don’t get paid a whole lot. Food was great.What I didn’t like was how the cashier took it upon himself to round up for donation. 75 like sir were in a time of inflation. You ask before hand .

Absolutely amazing experience! The staff is so nice and welcoming I never had jersey mikes before and they made the experience so phenomenal I’m definitely a mike’s girl now LOL! Was greeted as soon as I walked in by a sweet lady. My online order was ready so big plus on that. The food was delicious and they even put my extra jalapeños. I have had problems with other sub shops forgetting cheese lol Jersey Mikes didn’t disappoint and they didn’t forget the cheese! It was really delicious View menu

I don't know how they do it, but every time ive been to this location the service is simply nonexistent beyond making the food. they dont even ask what size i wanted and just start making the sub. i wanted it mikes way but they never asked. even got tude when i dared asked for toppings. idk if its the entire staff but Alecia specifically did not make me feel welcome or wanted. $7 for a mini is just atrocious too.

The customer service was disappointing. When my husband placed his order, the server simply asked, “What do you want?” After he ordered one of the four sandwiches, they asked, “What else do you want?” When he decided to order a second one, the server exclaimed, “How many sandwiches do you want?!” To make matters worse, they got our order wrong by putting everything on the sandwiches without checking with us first. However, I visited again when the place was full of managers for a fundraiser, and the customer service was excellent. It seems that the employees need constant supervision. I definitely won’t be returning.

I visited this place years ago and have been craving their sandwiches ever since. Finally, I took the drive with my older daughter and we went. Among Subway, Jersey Mike's, Quiznos, and Firehouse, Jersey Mike's sandwiches are definitely on the pricier side. I ordered a turkey giant, which cost me $17 just for the sandwich, and added double meat for an extra $4. We both got combos with drinks and chips, and my total came to $52 before adding a tip. I’ll definitely come back, but wow, it's expensive. I feel like I shouldn't have to spend that much on a sandwich. That said, the bread is fantastic, and the meat and cheese are great too.
