My bread wasn't fresh. They made me another sandwich, which was average. I can't believe I paid $17 and was still unhappy.

I placed my order through the app, and it was ready 25 minutes later than the estimated time. I had to inquire about it because they didn’t communicate that it was finished. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this, and I won’t be returning. Just a really disappointing experience overall.

Well I love to eat here ...but this time I asked for the juice . And they said they could give it. I was bothered because I always get the same thing 14 yrs in a row. These robots can't think out the box . I was sooo disappointed I drove 1 hr and 18 minutes to the one in riverside....they did it right.

I don’t know if the guy with the dark hair and glasses had a bad batch of cheerios or if him having to do his job, (that he is lucky to have) is a problem but he is reallllly not nice and makes it uncomfortable to even order or sit and eat. The girl even noticed and started being nice. While we were eating, he was throwing and slamming things around and ripping paper towels off the roll all violently. It was actually crazy. View menu

Great customer service. The employees had to deal with 4 customer's that were very rude. You know the type. I know the owner he will here about this. We come here all the time. We won't be back. On and on they went. Because they had a big order and one of their sandwiches was not right. All and I mean all the employees apologized for the mistake. Not a single employee had attitude or raised their voice as customer called them names. The employee's even apologized to us and other customers about the wait. Who ever worked 10/07/22 night was amazing.

I 've been to this Jersey Mike several times and have never had an issue until today. Just came in around 8:35, knowing that they close at 9:00, but thinking I can still get a sandwich. I go in and order my usual number seven on the Rosemary Parm bread, and the guy even repeated back to me, Rosemary parmesan, and I said yes. He then proceeds to grab a white bread covering his hand over it, I 'm guess he 's thinking I wouldn 't notice? And while I technically should have said something, if I 'm going to complain about it, I didn 't. I wasn 't in the mood to argue, and it was close to closing time, so I wasn 't going to deal with the hassle. But again, I 've never had any other problems beside...

Jersey Mike's Subs really stand out as exceptional. Their sandwiches are incredibly satisfying! I particularly love the Rosemary Parmesan bread, which is always fresh and carries the perfect balance of herbs. My favorite sandwich, one that makes my mouth water just thinking about it, is the #8 Club on Rosemary Parmesan bread—hold the bacon, add roast beef, Mike's Way, and a touch of mayo.
