"The sizes of the appetizers—tzatziki, hummus, and a cucumber salad—were decent, but the main dish for "two" seemed more suitable for one person. The flavors were impressive, and the bread was excellent! Our server was great at getting us refills. As the restaurant grew busier, it was clear they only had three servers on duty for a full house, which is understandable, so we tried to be patient. However, it was a bit strange that most of the servers appeared to lack customer interaction and friendliness; it felt very transactional—just come in, sit down, eat, and leave. After our meal, we tried to flag down our server to order baklava, but he was called away by a larger table, so we waited patiently. Eventually, another server came by to check if we wanted our bill. We mentioned we’d ordered two baklava, and he got them for us, but then handed us our check along with the to-go baklava. It felt odd since we wanted to enjoy our dessert as part of our date night. It seemed like they wanted us to pay and leave as soon as possible. Overall, the food and flavors were good! Next time, we plan to order individual meals and try other dishes because everything we saw being served to other tables looked delicious. I’m definitely interested in returning to sample more items. Just a heads-up: it’s a busy spot, so arrive early, and don't take the service too personally. I've noticed this pattern in other reviews as well."

Good atmosphere. Friendly staff. Clean. We ordered Chicken and Beef kabob wrap. It was good, tortilla wrap was bit to crisp. Kids ate chicken nugget plate.

Wonderful customer service immediately upon walking in. Our drinks were always magically refilled. The food quality was second to none when it comes to Mediterranean cuisine, and the food portions were spot on for the prices we paid. Their bread and unique oil/tapenade pairing is a MUST have and is worth traveling here for by itself. View menu

This food was absolutely amazing! I especially loved the naan bread and dip; it’s truly the best! Our dishes were fantastic! It was my first time trying cauliflower, and it was so delicious! My friend had the lamb shank, which was incredibly tender and tasty—I've never found anything like it elsewhere! He was thrilled to have it here. I had the chicken shawarma with rice, and it was delightful! We will definitely be coming back! As for the vegetarian options, they were flavorful and delicious! There were three choices on one plate, and all of them were outstanding!

This was my first experience at this restaurant, and I was quite impressed. The food was excellent, and the service was satisfactory. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were reasonable for the quality offered. I ordered the beef kabobs, which were served with a small chopped pepper and onion salad, as well as rice. Before my meal, I enjoyed an appetizer of naan bread with oil and cheese. I also decided to add a side of grilled vegetables for just $3, which was more than enough for two people. I would definitely come back to sample more dishes. Everything during this visit was fantastic! View menu

For appetizers, I opted for the small plate of grape leaves, and my wife tried the small plate of mushrooms. Everything was fresh and seasoned to perfection. The naan was also excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed each dish, and even the rice was flavorful and well-prepared. For dessert, we couldn't resist trying the baklava. We also sampled another dessert—a warm dish of sweet cheese wrapped in shredded dough. It was a delightful treat that was new to me, and I loved it as well. To sum it up, this restaurant serves meals that taste like a home-cooked feast, which is fantastic. Every bite felt like visiting a friend's house where the mom or grandmother was whipping up something special, and w...

I will not be returning to Jerusalem Grill/stone oak location. This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The waiter did not even ask us for our order. He just stood there and looked at us, and I had to ask if we could order. When he brought out our entrees, he tossed the plates on the table in front of us! I mean that literally, he did not place the plates down, he tossed them. He never said thank you, never even attempted to talk to us or ask us how our food was. It was as if he was extremely bothered to be serving my family. On the contrary, I noticed that the interaction he had with the family sitting behind us was completely different, so this waiter o...
