"We came in for the first time and it was at the end of the day so all their sub bread had sold out already. It was no problem at all as the staff offered to make whatever sub we wanted on any of the bagels they had left. The staff were very gracious even though they were just about ready to close for the day when we walked in. We had been craving real deli sandwiches and we were very happy with our food. We can’t wait to go back to try their sub bread too."

"Phenomena. Wife and I tried it on a date night before a few Fridays based on the reviews. We arrived at 8:30 (they are closed at 9am), but at no time we felt hurried. On the contrary, the staff was very friendly and attentive. My wife had the #46 (damped Vermicelli with grilled onion beef) and a young coconut shake. I had the #13 (same beef pho) and Thai ice tea with tapioca. They were all per recommendation from another evaluator. The food was very, very good. It was fresh. My wife loved her food and drink. I tasted it and thought it was very good. I enjoyed my Pho so much; the beef in the soup was rarely cooked to perfection when it arrived and when it was in the soup it was slowly cooked. It was very delicate. The Thai iced tea complemented the food very well; it contrasted quite beautifully on my palate (though next time I will try it without tapioca). We immediately decided that this will be one of our regular places (together with Namaste and some others). The food was top-notch and the service was excellent."

"The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious, and we had a great time listening to the live music. The service was excellent, and we enjoyed a lovely dinner. The price per person ranges from $20 to $30. We give the food, service, and atmosphere each a perfect score of 5. We highly recommend trying the Fried Calamari and Chicken Alfredo dishes."

"Unfortunately Mtucci's seems to be living off the great reputation they gained a few years back. We used to love this chain of restaurants, they had amazing food and lovely atmospheres in all their locations. This was a weekly, if not more frequently, stop for dinner. We went by again recently, after months of avoiding the place due to the declining quality of the food and service. Never again. We both felt ill after eating there, our order was wrong and the service wasn't great. I'm not sure how one could misunderstand a shellfish allergy for a gluten intolerance, but never the less I was told that I miscommunicated my own allergy to the waiter, who when the pasta arrived (oddly very cold and then steaming hot in parts), my dining partners food was cold. I understand that when opening many locations for a small business, some things need to be cut back on. Apparently to Mtuccis, that means cutting corners on food and customer service. "I'm a first-time customer, and this place is wonderful! Even though they were understaffed, the service and attitude were excellent. So much delicious food, especially the pho, porkchops, and ice cream! Will definitely return next time I'm in town.
