"Finally, after watching how JIAN Bings are made, I got to taste one! Delicious! I had the spicy spam (lunch meat) JIAN bing. Although there was only one other customer there and I had to wait, (he was ordering several JIAN bings) it was worth the wait. Definitely I will return even though I’m a Uptowner. It was that good!"

I love jian bings! A savory and delicious crepe I was so glad to see there was a location at French Market. I like the original bing spicy with Chinese preserved vegetables without lettuce. So good. Reminds me of my China days.
