"My wife and I wanted a nice laid-back place to sit outside and enjoy a fun dinner. We ended up being very disappointed by the service. Our server took about 10-15 minutes to get to the table (which feels like an eternity when you are waiting to order beverages). They took our drink order and quickly returned with a cocktail and waters but the beer we ordered was delayed by a few minutes. Not a big deal, but then the night went south. We didn't see our server again for a very long time. We started to feel like our appetizer was a little delayed when food runners showed up with our entrees. No app in sight. We let them know and eventually the server brought our app. But we were halfway into the meal by that point. The food tasted fine. Nothing extraordinary but not bad. The nachos, I admit, were delicious. The mac and cheese we ordered was described to have bread crumbs but was missing that. Fortunately the server had it taken care of pretty quickly. We were never asked about having our drinks refilled. And after eating, we waited a long time for our check. It just seemed to take forever for everything. None of the problems by themselves would have been a big deal, but together it added up to a somewhat unpleasant experience. The server was nice and apologetic. They also comped us the appetizer which was nice. May have been an off night or maybe a new server, but I can't say I would recommend going on a Saturday night. Also, we did enjoy the outdoor seating area. It was a little tight, but the ambiance was nice."

"We just left here. I spent 65 dollars on over cooked dried cod. I didn't eat the fish and spent $13 on a meal that consisted of a peice of bread and less than half the fries. My daughters chicken wings were so over cooked her teeth couldn't bite through them. Our waitress didn't bring us water the entire time we had food, she finally brought a water pitcher over... at the same time as the bill. Didn't bother to ask why my daughter and I didn't eat our food. I wish we felt like we could return there, but we won't."

"The food here is consistently excellent, and we really appreciated the male server who used to work there. If you swing by to pick up an order and know your name, you’re definitely at the right spot. Even when it takes a bit longer to get your food, we don’t mind at all. It’s a busy little restaurant, but the quality of the food makes it worth the wait. One night, we tried Ninja in Eau Claire and it was terrible—both the service and the food. It’s tough to find good Asian cuisine around here, but this place is our favorite and we wouldn’t go anywhere else!"

"Visited here on a recommendation from a good friend. Atmosphere was very nice, the wait staff was on point. Friday fish fry this is a different story. They have a Mahi Mahi special on Fridays. Mahi is a very delectable fish and should never be treated with the disrespect that they put this filet through. The batter they used was despicable and had to be removed in order to eat it. Literally 1/2 thick. Truffle fries...under recommendation also felt as if they had been reheated, and all I tasted was a lot of garlic and parmesan. At nearly $50 for a fish fry for my wife and I we both agreed that the only thing that was refreshing was the coleslaw."
