"I ordered food online from this restaurant, but the third-party delivery service was unable to deliver it on time. I tried to change my order to a pick-up option online, but the system wouldn't allow it. I called the restaurant during lunchtime, and they graciously took my order over the phone. Despite the large size of my order (13 sandwiches), they still managed to have it ready for me to pick up within the timeframe I needed. Although it was frustrating dealing with the online system, I don't hold the store responsible. The staff was friendly, accommodating my last-minute order, and the food was fresh and delicious."

I am a fan of Jimmy John’s, but this particular location is disappointing. It is unclean, with dirty tables and a dirty bathroom. Despite being the only customers, there were at least four staff members present, some of whom were standing around or on their phones. The service was unfriendly and I am concerned about the possibility of getting food poisoning.

I typically enjoy going to JJs, but today's experience was disappointing. The tuna sandwich I ordered tasted extremely salty, to the point where I had to throw half of it away. It seems like they have trouble consistently maintaining the flavor, texture, and sodium level of their tuna. I think I will stick to going to Jersey Mike's from now on. Additionally, the music playing in the restaurant today was inappropriate for a professional setting, with f-words being used while I watched my sandwich being made. It was cringeworthy. View menu

My last visit was uncharacteristically slow. The cashier wasn't very quick but the sandwich makers were in no rush. In fact, one was off talking when my order needed to be completed. Then they marked the wrong number item on the wrapper and I had them double check what they made. The food was up to standard but I was surprised by the service. Never in the last ten years have my visits been anything but reliable, fast service.Parking: Parking is right in front of the store. There are many open spaces as the restaurant next door is closed

There was a homeless guy having his best day here with his two best LGBT XXL femininest friends. Place looked like the woke people target fired to save money. The two wild color haired women looked as greasy as every single table. I got fired here 20 years ago for not remembering how to make sandwiches, at least I didn't turn away customers at first site. The tables have some type of grease on them, built up filth. Another customer even commented. I love this place, it's gonna take a lot to completely turn me off but my wife is absolutely disgusted. Sandwich was good, I felt filthy afterwards.
