After enjoying dessert at Platters, stop by Jim's for fresh fillings and perfect sandwiches every time. The combo meals are unexpectedly delicious, like the chicken dinner with steak. The atmosphere is low-key, allowing for easy conversation without the usual background noise found at many restaurants. Jim's is my go-to spot no matter which side of town I'm on. The food is consistently great at every location, which is not always the case with other restaurants I have tried."

I order from here frequently. Ive yet to have a bad experience but the steak subs are a lil sloppy. Best request to change that would be to get the steak sauce on the side

Poor customer service rude staff . My order has been made wrong multiple times . They 're always busy and placing you on hold but when you come in NO ONE is even in the restaurant. If it wasn 't for location convenience, I would never go here .

The Jim's famous Steak hoagie was the best sandwich I've ever had in my LIFE! Wow. The flavor, sauce, tenderness of the steak, cheese and bread ... just spectacular. The staff at the restaurant was all very kind too... great experience and great food. View menu

Always considered Jim’s to be for “late night” cravings. But this early evening chicken finger sub did not disappoint. Portion size was excellent, tasted good, however, the prices were a little higher than I expected and the staff seemed a little unmotivated. Overall, decent experience.

Fantastic customer service. I ordered off Uber eats and never received my order which is completely not Jim’s steak out’s fault. I was struggling to contact Uber however, a nice guy helped me through what to do to get a refund giving me contact details of Uber, which I couldn’t find for my self anywhere. Not only are their customer service brilliant but also their subs are delicious I highly recommend the stinger sub personally! Once again thank you for your help.
