"I had an incredibly disappointing experience at JoJo's Pizza in Hershey. The female owner provided poor customer service. After I ordered dinner for delivery, it never arrived. We couldn’t reach them until the next day because they were closed, and they refused to issue a refund for the food we never received. When I tried to resolve the issue, she was quite argumentative and claimed the mistake was on us. If you're looking for great service and food, I recommend going to the JoJo's in Hummelstown instead. Overall, my visit to the Hershey location was a major letdown."

The pizza was made incorrectly, and they refused to fix the issue. The manager is unhelpful and won’t even speak to you if you ask to see them. This place is a disappointing choice for ordering food.

Family ordered from here. They delivered to our hotel, Fairfield Inn and Suites. Hershey. The food was good and the girl on the phone was super nice/friendly and professional. The food was good. Our order was correct. No issues. View menu

We decided to take our grandkids on vacation. After driving for 10 hours we were all hungry. By far the best meat lover pizza we have ever eaten. When we return I look forward to ordering a Meat lovers Pizza from JO JO’s Hershey PA

Pizza is awful, the Sicilian pizza is tasteless. The food was cold. The subs weren’t toasted. Ordered crabby fries and received cold plain fries. The service was terrible. The guy ordering the phone was rude. tried telling us if we called back in a few hours we may be able to get it corrected they are just “super busy right now”. Made zero cents. Don’t waste your money.

We went on 6-24-24 , we ordered a taco pizza large and got two draft beers the cost was $38. The cost wasn't the problem, our pizza had no sauce, no meat(or very little) and no source am no salsa. Lettuce and huge chunks of tomatoes laid out to get one per slice. The girl taking order was to busy. And they weren't busy. Now we know why. We were on vacation and will never eat ever at a jo jo,s. I had never been there before, but I stopped by while on my way to a softball game in Palmyra. I ordered a gyro to-go. The restaurant is located in a shopping plaza, so it's not very noticeable from the main road. It was quite peaceful, and there weren't many customers. My gyro was delicious. I'm usually accustomed to tzatziki sauce back home, but this one had an Italian seasoning, which was tasty—it just lacked the sauce I usually enjoy.

We are on vacation going all around PA and had the worst luck with food all week. We almost gave up on Pennsylvania. then we checked in to a hotel and the front desk suggested this place. I asked if they eat there and they said “yes! All the time” we tried it and didn’t expect much. wow! We were blown away! Thank you so much. Your pizza tasted like pizza, my two picky children are eating the other half of my California cheesesteak sandwich. Everything was delicious and highly recommend this place!

"Went this past Saturday August 31st to see if what folks say about this place is true. I was by myself and was added to waitlist shortly after my arrival as they were a little busy and was told it would be a 20 to 30 minute wait. I asked for recommendations of the hostess while I waited and she was friendly enough with replies but didnt make me want to try one entrée over another. My table was ready about 10 to 15 minutes later. I was seated and began looking over the menu. Server came by in a few minutes but never introduced himself. I ordered Strawberry Lemondrop Martini, garlic fries, side Caesar salad Smokehouse Chicken sandwich and Pineapple Pomegranate fizz. I had asked my server for his opinion on items I was interested in and he was honest about food choices which as a 1st time patron, I appreciated. Shortly after ordering, my cocktail was brought to the table. The drink was so full that the stem and base of the glass were wet from overflow and spillage; only after I asked the server was a cocktail napkin provided. I need to add that there was also no napkin placed under my sweating regular drink glass. The appetizer and main meal were not brought by my server but someone else from my recollection. It was not necessarily busy, but someone else brought my main meal. Just kind of dropped it off. I was not impressed by the worn out wooden trays the food was served directly on, Gross! No one checked on me to see if I needed anything throughout my meal, though my server seemed to be making rounds at his other tables. But he didn't check on me until I was finished and ready for the check. Garlic fries were tasty enough but I would rather they had been served on an actual plate not a wooden tray that obviously had seen better days. The fries with my sandwich, again served on a worn out wooden tray, were somewhat of an afterthought; several small hard overcooked pieces. Chicken smokehouse sandwich was tasty and well seasoned. Portion size was good, I had to cut it in half to eat was so large. I had no room for dessert though they sounded (albeit mass manufactured) delicious. Overall, this is a nice place with decent food but I was not super impressed. Didn't get dessert as I said. As food was filling there was no room and I was not interested in taking any home. I will most likely visit again, for the opportunity for the service to impress and to try some of their other entrées, thiugh i will ask for actual plates in lieu of wooden serving trays."
