"I usually don’t order pasta from unfamiliar places, but I decided to give it a try since their pasta special was reasonably priced. I called ahead to specify exactly what kind of pasta I wanted to ensure there were no mistakes, and thankfully, they accommodated my request. Unfortunately, the chicken Francese was a disappointment. It was too thin, and the breading was falling apart, which indicated it either wasn’t coated in enough flour or wasn’t fried long enough. On the bright side, the pasta was delicious and perfectly seasoned! I also requested bread on the side, and it arrived toasted with butter on it – so tasty!"
