"Very disappointing I was treated terribly!!! Bad end to what was a great night food was great as always, the atmosphere could not be better. The waitress at the end of the evening reached across the table for the check (bad edict but ok) and credit card from my hands and accidentally in turn knocked my full glass of red wine all over me and the table. She did a double take and continued to walk away. I was in shock, she didn’t say sorry, ask me if I needed any thing to clean myself up …. She looked back and walked away. What made it worse and why I can’t sleep is the managers response. She is a grown up a professional, at first approached the table to ask if ok and if we wanted dessert or new wine or anything but then after we refused all offers just wanting to go home because I was soaked in wine she then said she would remove the wine from the bill, I was standing around with my family for a while waiting for the bill back she said I was making the waitress nervous and she didn’t have time to take the spilled wine off the bill… she was telling me the customer to calm down… my family standing there as witnesses said I never even was elevated I was just saying accident or not the waitress should apologize and the manager disagreed and said I was wrong and upsetting the waitress by seeking an apology… appalled I left no tip, which I feel badly … the Manger and the waitress need training because that was the most offensive handling of a situation ever!!!!"

"The most reason why I'm here is this place is dog friendly restaurant. I took my spoiled puppy with me on a small vacation trip so everywhere I go. They welcomed me good. In the summer can be hot so the table under the shade isn't a lot so ppl is a bit afraid to bring their dog close to my table. But we were able to manage 3 dog tables to be sit close by and be peaceful. Mostly work credit to dogs owner not a restaurant staff. Service was just ok, I had to ask for water and stuff but they gave me everything I asked for that was fine. Food was fine. Overall, this place is good, if you travel with your pet, this restaurant is one of the places you can bring your fido to."

"I hadn't had a lobster roll in five years, so I had high expectations when I saw the sign outside. After taking my time to read reviews of Hooked and other nearby places, I decided this would be the best choice. As I stood there, I had high hopes. The ambiance inside was beautiful, and at first glance, I thought the price of $32 for a lobster roll was reasonable. However, I found myself somewhat underwhelmed. The amount of lobster was decent, but something about the bun didn’t sit well with me. Given the price and the reputation, I anticipated something more impressive. A better quality bun would have significantly enhanced the overall experience."

"This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Montauk. The service is always of the highest quality and the food is beyond that. The tuna susci is incredibly flavorful with a lawyered flavor profile that is dynamic! The cauliflower dish has an incredible sauce I skipped the bread crumbs. For my main dish I had the Hailbit with a perfect sear! The green beans are a whole other level of flavor and deliciousness! You can’t go wrong with any of the deserts and the coffee is spectacular cocktails are well crafted and a really good pour!"

"On a recent January weekend evening, I would have given this restaurant straight across the board, but just a tad lower for service though not the waitress' fault. She was excellent. Unfortunately, she was the only waitress for the entire restaurant, assisted by two helpers. Poor girl running back and forth, but did a great job very friendly and professional. She gets stars out of Management's fault for not hiring additional staff.Food was great, and our entire was several small plates which was enough for a meal. Lobster small plate was excellent, as were the roasted brussel sprouts. Bread served with butter and red pesto topping nice as well. As others have noted, a bit chilly seated by large sliding glass door in front. Noise level fine. Place nicely decorated. On the other side, bar scene was good. Musician Manny played lots of good songs, sang excellent, and his words in between was like getting a free comedy show as well.Think Muse is a good value"
