Jose Pepper's Mexican

I dine here a couple of times each month and have never encountered any issues. I typically order the Carnitas Tacos, and they are excellent.

Food and drinks were fantastic. I had the Baja Burrito! ???? Would 've been 5 stars had the waitress not delivered check prematurely with the comment no rush and then obviously rush to be paid.

Decent enough Tex-Mex in a franchise environment. Service was prompt and the food was hot and fresh when it arrived at the table. With tip and one alcoholic beverage, Bill came to $30 per person. View menu

We had a wonderful dinner experience at JOSE' PEPPERS tonight. The service was excellent, and our food was delicious. Although they were quite busy with curbside orders and the indoor seating was about half full, we were able to get a table right away.

Our server, Kat, gave us outstanding service. She treated everyone with great respect, kept our drinks topped off, and brought our food out quickly. While many restaurants are facing challenges during the pandemic, this one is certainly doing things right!

I would rate this restaurant a perfect 5 out of 5, but I can't because they always have country music playing. I genuinely love everything else about this place! We visited this very popular restaurant today just before noon, around 11:30, which saved us from the lunch rush. Our server, Sam, was outstanding and incredibly polite. The food did take a bit longer to arrive than I had anticipated, but it was fresh and served hot with great flavor. However, some of the tortilla chips were stale.

I forgot to take any photos, but this was my first time dining at a Jose Pepper's restaurant, and I was really impressed. It had the feel of an upscale Mexican dining experience. The guacamole is one of my favorites, and theirs is among the best I've had in a long while—definitely no underripe avocados! I also tried their queso dip, which was equally impressive. Naturally, I indulged in a couple of margaritas and then had the Enchilada Trio for dinner. Honestly, those were the best enchiladas I've ever tasted, no exaggeration. There was even a delightful surprise: a small portion of sweet corn cake, which is something you rarely find at Mexican restaurants. Someone at my table ordered fajita...

Once we finally got seated, it took a while for our waitress to come over and take our drink orders. We declined the spinach dip, but it still arrived at our table. We returned it, and the lady who delivered it said we could keep it. My wife’s second beer took 15 minutes to arrive, and we slowly nibbled on the complimentary chips and salsa, growing increasingly curious about the long wait for our food. I’ve visited many Mexican restaurants, and there’s usually a quick turnaround for orders due to the nature of the menu.
