"I’ve pretty much stopped eating out because the quality of food from restaurants (since Covid happened) has been terrible. However, I wanted some turkey tips and I didn’t feel like busting out a barbecue grill to cook my own, so I took a chance on just turkey, and I’m so glad that I did! Everything was delicious. I ordered a small turkey tip, and the sauce was right, fries were right, and the meat was cooked correctly (it wasn’t burnt or charred). I’m very happy with my purchase and I will be returning.Dietary restrictions: For those that don’t eat beef or pork, but still want to enjoy bbq."

Ordered a small regular jerk turkey tip. The jerk sauce is on the side so you can make it as hot as you like. Overall not bad and would order again.

Please update your Google Business Profile to reflect your business hours. I love this food, and traveled from Matteson to grab Turkey Tips for my family only to find out you’re closed.

Best turkey burger I've ever eaten. The food was hot, service was great. Will definitely visit again and try other items on the menuParking: Small strip mall parking lot, so spaces are limited, but there is adjacent street parking

At the 43rd location. Not really feeling the no restroom. Only in the black neighborhoods we do this. How can you have a sit down area and not provide a public restroom for your customers? This is not good and totally unacceptable! View menu

I drove from Davenport, IA, and the 177-mile trip was definitely worth it. I ordered the mixed tips, which included half jerk and half barbecue, along with one taco, one Chicago Polish sausage, and one Italian turkey sausage topped with spicy giardiniera. My wife wished her tips had more barbecue sauce. My only complaint was the fries; I wasn't a fan of them. Next time I'm in town, I'll be visiting the restaurant on 87th to give it a try!

I have to be honest: I really love their food, but it seems like every time I go, they're closed! Even on regular days, they might be shut, but Google says they’re open. I understand why they weren’t open yesterday for Memorial Day, even though they could have made a lot of money, but today?! I don't understand why they’re closed, especially since there’s no notice on the door. I just want some consistency; otherwise, I might have to look for another place to eat.

"Tempesta is arguably one of the best sandwich shops in the city. They make a lot of their meats in house and use high quality ingredients so you know you’re getting the good stuff. Not only can you get a great sandwich, you can purchase most of their meats to go as well as other small artisanal grocery items. I have tried almost every sandwich they have on the menu but my top two choices would be the #1 The Dante and the #2 Yo! Vincenzo! The Dante is their version of a classic Italian sandwich but a bit on the spicier side. The Yo Vincenzo is a chicken parm and I personally think it’s the best chicken parm sandwich in the city. The chicken is perfectly crispy, and they use just the right amount of sauce where it doesn’t get soggy. Both of these sandwiches come on their fresh baguette which helps set them apart from other sandwich spots in Chicago just because of how good it is. The B Franklin is also a great option, and if you’re starving get the Wagyu Pastrami but be warned it is a very heavy sandwich because of that Wagyu. The last pro tip I’ll add in here is order your sandwich ahead of time if you’re doing takeout. This is a very popular spot and is always busy during the lunch rush so if you wait to order until you arrive you may need to wait for 10-15 minutes. That should speak to how good this place is because it’s in such high demand, so if you’re in Chicago make sure you stop in!"
