The food was not properly cooked, and when my wife notified the staff, they responded with an attitude and ended up serving us more undercooked dishes.

This is one of the better stores: clean inside and friendly, helpful staff that cared about the customer. The order was correct and food was hot. Good job.. this was on Sunday 10/01/2023 about 2 or 3 pm.

I bought a 8 piece family meal and was given 7 pieces, I asked for grilled and got original. Inside was empty so I don’t understand why my order was screwed. Always check ur food before leaving the drive through! View menu

Just got home ready to eat , and the girl that made my order did NOT include my coleslaw !!! Can?t go back, because is 20 minutes away!! Is just frustrating. Anyone buying there please double check your order before leaving the restaurant!

OMG KFC Twister wrap is at the Fishkill location. One of the most rarest Best item to find at a KFC in this country. It?s like a secret menu because I didn?t see it listed, but it?s there if you ask. The other half the restaurant is A&W and you can orderfrom both. The service was great, food fresh and all the items was in the bag.

KFCMac and Cheese Chicken BowlFirst, you have to like KFC and I am definitely partial to the 11 herbs and spices.The chicken was as tasty as ever. The Mac and cheese not gourmet, but not bad. And of course adding cheese on top makes most things yummier. I didn't eat all the Mac and cheese because this little bowl is a calorie/carb overload. HORRIBLE. I ordered a chicken sandwich plain meal with a water. The girl in the drive through put my bottle of water in the bag on top of the sandwich. She shrugged her shoulders when I asked why she would do that. When I got to my hotel the sandwich was not plain. With this I decided to go back to get a plain sandwich. Girl at the counter did not apologize and said she shouldn't because she didn't make my sandwich. Now I ask for the manager, told him about both issues but he didn't seem to care. Got to the hotel to open a sandwich dripping with Greece. Not even edible!

HORRIBLE. Just ordered about $30 worth of food. Specifically the bacon cheeseburger. I drove home 18 minutes. The chili cheese fries, hot and spicy wings, french fries all arrived HOT. The bacon cheeseburger was FROZEN. Not luke warm, not cold but frozen. The bun was COLD to the touch. The meat itself was cold. But like I said EVERYTHING else in the bag arrived warm even after a 18 minute ride. So I called the manager and let me say he DID NOT care one bit. Do you really think I have time to complain about one burger, one $5 burger if it weren't really cold? No I have no time for that. He was not helpful in any way shape or form. He did give me the 800 complaint number and said call them. Ut...
