"The wait staff and management were excellent and attentive from the start. However, given the prices and the way the restaurant is marketed, I expected better quality food. We ordered scotch eggs for an appetizer, and they were very bland. The drinks were good, though. My husband ordered a burger cooked medium, but it came out almost rare. I had spaghetti, which was clearly made with canned sauce—too sweet and lacking heartiness. The meatballs were undercooked as well. The worst part, though, was the bathroom. The sink was completely inoperable, featuring a strange automatic water dispenser and dual air dryers. However, when you tried to use it, it just kept drying and drying without giving any water, and it could only be used by one person at a time. Don’t be misled by the appealing aesthetics of this place. I would have had a better meal at Burger King, as at least the meat would be cooked properly there."
