"My boss recommended this place and it's large fully stuffed baked potato. Went in today 2-4-22 around 5:45. Four people behind the glass cases that display a nice variety of food . However, I was not acknowledged by any of the four staff persons that were clearly doing something behind the counter. It took a few before the man out of the bunch said we will be right with you . No face contact , just a voice from behind the counter. The two females appeared to be in the middle of a lesson or training on what food items were inside the display. I had eye contact with them and yet they didn't stop to ask if they could be of assistance.I stood waiting and noticed another person pacing and also waiting for what appeared to be a take out order and she shook her head . As if she was telling me..don't do it lolWith that ... I knew it would be a long wait and I was debating on staying .. after some thought and looking over the variety of hot items available, honestly nothing in the hot box looked appealing chicken looked dry ribs were sparse in appearance and the meat that's classified as a ball looked dry as well.On the other hand while waiting and reviewing the menue. The butcher meat selection was amazing to see. Good sized portions and reasonably priced .Service is essential and for me to pay top dollar, one would expect better customer service skills . And yes, I recognize that may have been an issue as they seemed to be in the training phase with one of the gals behind the counter . We all can do better . I left with my money in my pocket."

For the best experience, buy a T-bone steak from her butcher at the per-pound price, and then request her to cook it for you for just an additional $2.

Love the food, but like oasis?t had a time that they didn't screw up an order somehow. Like I had a cup of grilled chicken with one thing of avocado on it instead of the California Club? always order yourself before leaving

Ordered the rib-eye sandwich. Unbelievable how incredibly tough and chewy both the bread and meat was. Trying to take a simple bite out of the sandwich required so much effort and pull. It is that tough.Meat itself is bland. Their bbq sauce is tasty at the very least though. View menu

The food here is absolutely delicious, no matter what you choose! I often go for the ball-tip combo, and I also recommend picking up some fresh cuts of meat regularly. It's not just a counter for leftovers—it's reminiscent of the traditional butcher shops I remember from my childhood! Be sure to try all the salads; you’ll be hooked the moment you taste something here. And don’t forget to bring your favorite spices and sauces from home!

Many years ago, I attended a company Christmas party organized by Kinder's, and it was fantastic. Since then, I haven't found a place that could match their quality—nothing seems to have the same flavor. Even when they're busy, they tend to overlook important details, and I ended up waiting a long time only to be disappointed with my meal. I typically use Kinder's prime rib rub on my prime rib, and I wish they had used one of their many delicious spices on my ribs or the steak.

Had a horrible experience with an employee named SHAYLA.I came in to pick up a order, I was not acknowledged for 15 minutes. I assumed they were busy but the employee SHAYLA was laughing with other employees, and on her phone. Her friends enter the establishment shortly after and she took their order, chats with them, and serves them before me.At this point it was confirmed that she was ignoring me. I asked her why she was ignoring me and she gave me an attitude and handed me my order which was sitting on the counter for god knows how long.I was even suspecting that it was a racial issue, who knows; horrible experience. I'm not sure about the hype. Got a BBQ chicken salad to go. The menu states that is topped with BBQ chicken:Kinder's BBQ Chicken Salad (copied from the online menu):Chopped Lettuce, cucumber and tomato, with our own BBQ Ranch dressing, topped with BBQ boneless chicken breast, shredded cheese and avocado. It is not. A call to the store confirmed they top it with Grilled chicken same as in the grilled chicken salad and only provide a BBQ Ranch dressing. Anyone who eats BBQ meat knows that is not the same. The avocado was two thin slices that were rotten with bruising throughout the flesh and strings. The fork marks in one slice of avocado resulted from my attempt to pick up the avocado. The toma...
