"My initial thought was the restaurant was very inviting and had great interior decor!We ordered a variety of rolls and hibachi chicken. The food was delicious, absolutely no complaints there.This brings me to the service.From the moment we stepped through the door we felt rushed. We were questioned when our whole party would be there despite the restaurant being empty. Immediately after we finished our meal, a male employee (I’m assuming a manager) came up to our table and stated “sorry to break up the meeting but we need to flip this table”. I understand needing the table, HOWEVER, it could have been stated in a different manner. This manager could have just offered us to move outside as there were tables/seats available. We were actually going to order another round of drinks. Very rude and unprofessional considering this restaurant isn’t cheap and we spent a good amount here.Another warning is this restaurant does not split the bill and they will not run more than 4 credit cards and when they DO run credit cards the bill has to be split evenly across all 4. Very inconvenient for the consumer."

Our rice was too salty. We sent it back and it was good, but I felt it should have been taken off our bill. We waited around for it and just didn't seem like it was good customer service.

I absolutely enjoyed the decor, food, and service! The selection of dishes was fantastic, and the soft shell crab spring rolls were my favorite. I didn't get to try the sushi this time, so I will definitely make sure to sample it on our next visit. View menu

This was our first time here. The atmosphere was nice, the food was great and our waitress was super friendly. My sons loved the seafood ramen and the crappy joe was very good. It’s great to have a sushi bar close to home. We will definitely be back soon!!!

We’ve visited this restaurant multiple times, and the food and service have consistently been excellent. However, during our recent pick-up order yesterday, we experienced several issues. Our rainbow roll had plastic inside, and my miso ramen was missing its toppings, including the pork belly. I called the restaurant, and they credited me for the rainbow roll, but I believe these kinds of mishaps shouldn’t occur at a restaurant. We drove all the way there and back, only to be left completely disappointed.

I came here for my birthday the service was great our waitress was great. The food was ok. I did not like that the menu states 20% gratuity is for parties 5 or more. It was 3 of us at the table and they still charged us the 20% gratuity. The waitress stated some people aren’t tipping so they are adding gratuity to all tables regardless of how many people are there. I always tip pretty good when I go out and especially when the service is good. But don’t force me to tip a certain amount due to others that don’t tip. View menu

Our food was overpriced and not very good. I ordered the Japanese seared steak, medium. It came nearly raw, the outside had just barely been cooked. I normally just accept whatever I’ve ordered and don’t complain, but it literally was cold and inedible, so I sent it back to be re-fired. I’m pretty sure that they just microwaved it- it had the look and texture of boiled chicken (although obviously brown). My husband got the sea bass, it was ok, but had very little seasoning- definitely nothing to warrant the high price. I will say, our server was great. Will i return? Nope.

The food was delicious, as always. However, the service missed the mark. The waiter was very attentive at first, but then we went about 15 minutes without seeing him while waiting for our main dishes after the appetizers were served. Even after that, it took another 15 minutes for the main dishes to arrive. The restaurant wasn’t crowded, and since sushi doesn’t require cooking, it was puzzling to experience such a long wait. My only guess is that they were busy with a lot of takeout orders. Regardless, the waiter should have informed us about the delay, checked in with us every 5 to 10 minutes, or prioritized our food.
