"Even though they didn’t get my hero right, still giving a four star because the chicken was good. Asked for a grilled chicken hero with sautéed spinach. Now to me sautéed spinach is spinach sautéed in oil and garlic (which would be considered cooked) not just throwing a bunch of fresh spinach on a hero, that is not how I wanted the hero, cooked spinach is what I wanted. You get stupid calls when ordering a Grilled chicken with roasted peppers and mozzarella hero with balsamic vinegar, they call asking if you want roasted peppers and balsamic vinegar on the hero, well if it comes that way I guess that’s how I want it unless noted (even I put it to make sure it’s on there). Ok I know this place is busy, but wake up sometimes and make the order right."

I absolutely love these Buffalo wings. They are incredibly crispy and delicious, making them my top choice.

Buffalo Wings were very small and came with the buffalo sauce on the side, and very little of it. Cheese Round Pizza was great, would order again. View menu

We ordered a few grandma pies for my mom’s surprise birthday lunch at her senior center. The delivery came right on time and everyone loved the pizza. Thank you so much. We highly recommend knapp pizza!!

The dining experience was fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed the Penne vodka, chicken Caesar wrap and fried ravioli. The food arrived hot and fresh, and the ravioli remained crispy. We didn't leave a single bite uneaten. View menu

Knapp is our favorite Italian restaurant for everything from pizza to pasta. The Ravioli is fantastic and the Lasagna is a generous portion of delicate pasta and meat sauce covered in the perfect amount of cheesy goodness.

Update: We recently had a casual family birthday here and it was excellent! Plenty of space, relaxed atmosphere and Colleen, who took care of us, was awesome! I would recommend, for larger groups, just ordering a pie, as it will be fresher! Enjoy! This is one of our family favorites!! The pizza is delicious and there are plenty of options, from good old plain for the kids, to Caesar salad slices and Chicken Masala! The garlic knots are amazing! They even have good sweet treat options. The seating space is updated and very brick-oven styled, the outdoors seating is also great in the nice weather! Highly recommended! We come here every other week, for a family-outting!

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
