"After driving for hours en route to Bryce National Park, we found ourselves quite hungry! We decided to make a spontaneous stop for dinner at this charming little café. The service was outstanding, and the food was absolutely delicious, all at very reasonable prices! My family opted for the burgers, while I chose the chicken tenders with fries. The tenders were wonderfully light, crispy, and impressively large! The fries were just the way I like them—thin and crispy. My husband also indulged in a chocolate malt! A big thank you to Koosharem Cafe for a delightful dinner! As a bonus, they offered excellent dairy-free options for my dietary needs as well!"

A great stop if you’re traveling between Bryce Canyon and Capitol Reef National Parks! If you like burgers, the Koosharem burger is great, with thinly sliced pastrami and melted Swiss on top of an excellent burger. The fresh cut fries were great too! Topped off our late lunch with the last slice of homemade cherry pie a la mode! I really liked the crust! Friendly service- they even offered to fill our hiking water bottles with ice water!
