Very happy with the selection of donuts and prices. The hazelnut frozen latte was delish! Location was easy to find, and I loved the Christmas decor.

Be aware that they use cups that have been on the floor. Also know that they’re donuts are overpriced and most of the times the donuts would be small.

Place is well decorated and have good costumer service, also great selection, best donuts franchise but prices are high, at least they should have special when you buy a lot. View menu

This Krispy Kreme was very nice and clean. Their donuts are ALWAYS SO DELICIOUS!! It was interesting to see the donuts coming around on the belt as they were making them. The staff was very friendly!

Melt in your mouth donuts of all varieties. I opted for a plain glazed that was free for having been vaccinated for Covid. Also I had a coffee that was surprisingly hot and better than most fast food chains. Very clean. Lots of parking. There's a couple tables outside. Bathrooms are non-gender.

The service at this location is the BEST. I've gotten 196 free vaccine doughnuts from here since mid April. I placed an online order and was informed it was not available when I arrived, after waiting in line for over 10 minutes. I requested some complimentary donuts for the inconvenience and wait, as well as a refund, but both requests were denied. The staff did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience and said they could not process my refund because they were busy. Fortunately, a kind man working there was able to process the refund for me. Krispy Kreme should improve their communication with their locations to avoid customers ordering items that are not available.

I have visited this establishment three times on my way home from work and have been very disappointed each time. The first time, the donuts were good but poorly packaged and ended up getting squished in the bag. During my second visit a few weeks ago, I asked for the pumpkin coffee that was being advertised, only to be told that they didn't have it yet. I settled for a pumpkin donut, which also arrived in a squished condition. This morning, I decided to give the pumpkin coffee another try, but once again, they claimed to not have it available. When I inquired about when it would be available, the employee seemed unsure. Overall, my experiences at this place have been quite disappointing.

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. I placed an online order and went to pick it up, but the staff informed me that they had run out of my order without notifying me beforehand. This was frustrating, especially considering the location was 20 minutes away from my home. To make matters worse, the staff member who attended me seemed clueless about the order, even though he had printed it in front of me. When I requested a refund, he said he couldn't issue it because he didn't know how to refund an online order and that I would have to wait for a manager to do it the next day.
