"My wife and I have been frequenting this restaurant since it opened and have never encountered any issues—until now. We always order the s'mores drinks, which are our favorite. However, recently, both my wife and our son had allergic reactions to the drink. My wife's face became red and swollen after having it, and our 4-year-old son ended up throwing up and suffering from diarrhea all night. It's been two days, and he's still experiencing these symptoms. We suspect he may have caught the norovirus. I urge everyone to be cautious—there seems to be a virus going around! The staff shouldn’t be operating under these conditions. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be returning."

We placed a online order via Kung Fu Tea APP and went to store for a pickup. The order was ready within a few minutes, and the drinks taste very good as always!

Love the option to get hot bubble tea and can choose the level of sweetness. The bubbles are always soft and chewy, very good! Great chain and enjoying having this newer location here.

Service was good. They were very nice. Place was clean. I ordered a mango milk tea with grape popping boba. It was good, not soapy. Yes, you can select no tip. Please read the screen thoroughly. View menu

The cashiers are always cheerful and friendly. They recommended that we try their signature KF milk tea, which is delicious and truly lives up to the hype. Additionally, they offer options to replace regular milk for those with dietary restrictions.

Wow, so great to see this company's menu grow! So many options and combinations can be a bit overwhelming, but the staff is patient and helpful. This specific location is clean and spacious. Pictured here is their Herbal Jelly with Tapioca. Willdefinitely be back to try more of their menu items!

Went here for the Halloween special straw..they sold out because they were giving extra and what not. But now there's none left for any other customers who enjoyn halloween. Kinda disappointed at the price too....7 bucks for a simple drink.Don't think I'll come back unless it's for something really good. View menu

ALWAYS MESSING UP MY DRINKS. workers are so slow and deaf! They always get it wrong or don't add something or make it gross. I don't recommend this place unless you want a headache and complaining kids because they can't differentiate between the words popping boba and tapioca. Also seating is crowded and overwhelmingly annoying

I really love Kung Fu Tea at their Chinatown location, but I was disappointed with my recent visit to a different location. The tea was overly sweet and tasted artificial, and the tapioca pearls were too tough to chew. Additionally, even for takeout orders, tipping was mandatory—you couldn't complete your transaction without leaving a tip through their payment system. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place.

"Parking goes all the way around three sides of the restaurant. And this is truly needed, because of the large square footage inside the restaurant. The parking lot was full on a Wednesday night! When I walked in, there was a bar area immediately to the right for you to grab your first cocktail, but I have never had to wait for a table. They have an equally sized outdoor patio as they have available seating area inside. If you sit on the patio where you're not staring at the parking lot, you will be fully transformed into a little Mediterranean vacation with twinkle lights above the pergola and vines on the wall. The place was fully packed outside with many people sipping on Lemontinis. First, we got the Spanakopita, which was basically a savory baklava but with diced feta and spinach inside with tomato sauce to accompany it. The Skewers were fabulous to split with a pal, as they come with a large portion of protein kebabs with rice, tomato onion, Taziki, and two slices of pita. The chicken was so tender and could convert anyone who doesn't like chicken to like chicken. These Plateia chefs are absolutely using a thermometer to cook, because nothing has been overdone, ever. Little loud at times for my 32-year-old ears to hear, but it was because of the bustling environment with people all around chatting and and having a grand old time. How could you blame them?"
