"This morning, I went to the restaurant to try their traditional Dominican breakfast called 4 hits (a.k.a. 4 golpes), which includes Mangú, Fried Cheese, Fried Dominican Salami, Fried Eggs, Fried Longaniza, and pickled onions. It was delicious! The mangù was creamy, the cheese was crispy and golden, the salami was soft, the Longaniza was perfectly cooked, and the egg was just right, although I wish it came with two eggs. It was one of the best 4 hits (4 golpes) breakfast I've had in a long time. Overall, I will definitely order from Mi Cocina again, but I will avoid their version of Sancocho. If they served a true Sancocho with multiple meats, I would give them 5 stars."

Love the Amazing food. This place is so clean. I was blown away. They were able to accommodate my many food allergies. Affordable and very good quality of produce. I recommend and will be going frequently.

There are many lunch specials available for $7.00 each. I paid $9.00 and chose the oxtail lunch special. All lunch specials come with Rice and Beans. The portions were generous and my meal was delicious. I liked it so much that I ordered 3 more lunch meals and some cheese empanadas to go for dinner. Parking can be a bit challenging around lunchtime, but the quality of the food is worth it.

The restaurant offers delicious Dominican food at an affordable price. When I asked for recommendations, the response was, 'Everything.' I tried a few dishes and they were all excellent. It felt like eating a home-cooked meal. The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this place. The only reasons I didn't give it 5 stars is because the dining area could be improved and there doesn't seem to be dedicated parking.

Discovered this place 2 months ago. If you are in the mood for some good Dominican food this is the place. This place is clean, the food has always been good if not great, always made daily. Out of the Spanish restaurants around this area this is now officially my favorite. Their serving portions are very reasonable for their prices. The food has that good home made taste so you will always be satisfied. Yes I would recommend anyone reading this to go and try them out. View menu

The best Dominican food I have ever tried. I just had the sancocho. Oh my God. The best I have ever tried. I am Puerto Rican and Cuban so Dominican food is very similar and this is by far the best I’ve tasted. The meat is fresh and the soup is to die for. I also had a shrimp empanada that could have been stuffed with more shrimp but it was the best seafood empanada I’ve ever eaten. Their mango shake was delicious and beats Banana King on their best day. My new favorite Hispanic spot. Compliments to the chef!
