"Bad service, it was booked in advance for a birthday, it was not received like other restaurants, it was never mentioned that it was a special occasion (birthday), not even in the dessert, and the piece of meat like it was in Water thawed, tasteless, uncooked and hard, I don't think we will be back, this is the third time we go and it was very bad, I don't recommend it"

"Too loud for me. Get out of special drinks before the Happy Hour was over. Margarita tasted the way shoe polish smells. I ordered a Caesar salad and they didn't have to make all the ingredients, but wanted a full price for what they brought out. My friend ordered a steak and said it was the worst steak he ever tasted. We ordered the sweet potato cake that was delicious, but again they didn't have the marshmallows that go upstairs. I finally had it and asked for a discount on the food. We received only 10%, which we received anyway for a military discount. Marie's Diner down the street is a better option to over half the cost!"

"Wow! I've never experienced such awful customer service in my life. I ordered a pizza around 6 PM, and of course, it’s now 8 PM and it’s cold. My friend called and spoke to a very rude woman named Julie, who claimed to be the manager. She said, “Do you want your pizza or not? We are very busy and I don’t have time for this.” It shouldn’t take two hours for a pizza to be delivered. My best advice, Chris, is to send Julie to some manners classes—or better yet, just fire her."

"Definitely join the wait list! We were there on a Sunday. I am glad when I googled it I joined the wait list?at that point it was 75 minutes. It ended up being more like 90 minutes, but WELL WORTH IT!!! The food is good and you get plenty of it. My husband got the pork chops, eggs, home fries and toast. I had the NY strip dinner with a salad, sweet potato fries, corn fritters and corn bread. It was enough food for 2 people. Everything came out hot; definitely gets bonus points for that. Our waitress was very efficient and attentive. Can?t forget to mention the prices. They were the best for any place we have eaten in this area."
