"Wow! I've never experienced such awful customer service in my life. I ordered a pizza around 6 PM, and of course, it’s now 8 PM and it’s cold. My friend called and spoke to a very rude woman named Julie, who claimed to be the manager. She said, “Do you want your pizza or not? We are very busy and I don’t have time for this.” It shouldn’t take two hours for a pizza to be delivered. My best advice, Chris, is to send Julie to some manners classes—or better yet, just fire her."

Without a doubt, Pizza Hotline offers some of the best pizza I've ever tasted. We’ve made it a part of our weekly routine to order from Pizza Hotline every other Friday as a way to relax at the end of the week. I highly recommend it over any of the chain restaurants.
