I ordered the advertised chicken fajita. They were out of everything. I had to clarify what I was getting despite it being on their sign. The food quality was somewhere between McDonald's dollar menu and Dollar Tree steak. I won't eat at this locationagain.

I am incredibly impressed with the Laredo Taco Company! They make the tortillas fresh as soon as you place your order, and you can really savor the homemade quality—they're simply delicious! There are so many options for putting together a delicious breakfast burrito, and I always add their fresh queso on top, which gives it an amazing burst of flavor.

We received a generous amount of food that lasted us an extra two days. I was not familiar with this dining concept, so the ordering process was a bit confusing for me. I didn’t realize how much food we would actually receive—my husband ordered two tacos, but one would have been enough. I had a fajita plate that we could have easily shared. The food was delicious and packed with flavor. I did ask for more black beans, as the ones at the serving station seemed like they'd been there all day.

The concept of this restaurant is excellent, but it’s clear that the staff doesn’t prioritize food quality or the customers’ time. The cleanliness at the West End and Shelby Street location is not acceptable. I was served cold pork yesterday, and there seems to be a lack of consistency in food preparation. The corn tacos I received were so tiny that they had to serve two together instead of making them the proper size. It’s evident that the employees aren’t attentive; I was left waiting in line while everyone focused on everything but taking orders. Laredo, it’s time for some changes. View menu
