"**Barbacoa and Carnitas:** These received a slightly better score of 2.5 out of 5. While the flavor was decent, the meat tasted like it had been leftover from a couple of days ago, resulting in a mediocre taco experience. Compared to authentic Mexican tacos, these were closer but still wouldn't entice me to return. The red and green salsas were enjoyable, especially the red one, which had a nice spicy kick that almost made up for the tacos’ lack of flavor. At $3 per taco, I definitely wouldn't say it was worth it. Instead, I recommend going next door to Xochi Tacos, which are infinitely better and worth every penny—my personal favorites are the chorizo/potato and the chicken tinga!"

Chicken tacos are fire. Wish they would make their asada like these.

My wife and I are big fans of their tacos and burritos, especially the shrimp version. The food is good and truly authentic Mexican cuisine. ¡Delicious!

Great experience! I ordered the asada fries, and both the meat and everything else were delicious. The staff was friendly, and the location is convenient. I only waited about 5 minutes for my food. I’ll definitely return to try more items on the menu!

It's true that it's a challenge to find a decent and authentic Mexican food around eastside but Laz's Tacos Truck comes pretty close. Their food is good quality and tasty, service is always friendly and fast. Our family goes there at least once a week. View menu

The Asada Fries were generously topped with meat, which had a great flavor, though it was a bit on the dry side. I sampled three different tacos, all of which were delicious and accompanied by hot sauces. While the meat was generally dry, everything was incredibly tasty, and I will definitely be ordering again!

I had an excellent carne asada burrito that was a delightful surprise. The addition of coleslaw provided a nice crunch, enhancing the overall experience. The salsa and guacamole had just the right amount of kick, and my special requests were handled with great attention to detail. I’m really glad to have this place in the neighborhood! View menu

This is my go to lunch place if I’m looking for Mexican food, acid the day is sunny enough to take a walk. The cauliflower tacos are to does for and they are my fav.I usually end up making it a meal as I honestly feel that 3 cauliflower tacos doesn’t fill my stomach! I’ve always been surprised with the consistency and flavor. This was a very pleasant find. The booth is managed very well by a boy, who is remarkably good at taking care of the hangry hungry people!

After relocating from a place known for exceptional Latin American cuisine, I initially found Issaquah disappointing—until we discovered Laz's Tacos! This no-frills taco truck situated at the Chevron gas station features a small outdoor seating area. The meats, specifically the carnitas and adobado, are decent; they're well-cooked and tender, but lack a bit of flavor. However, their standout dishes are the fried cauliflower and the Asada fries. The portion sizes are typical for street food, allowing for a satisfying meal without feeling overly stuffed.
