"Le Siffleur de Ballons, with Denis at the helm, is a real gem for lovers of good wine and delicious tapas. It's the perfect place to escape during the long winter evenings. The atmosphere is so warm that we would like to spend the whole winter there, huddled near the counter with a glass of red in one hand and a plate of tapas in the other, watching the mist of the hot breath spread on the windows. During the week, it's even better; calm reigns, offering an intimate and friendly atmosphere. You feel at home, surrounded by friends, in a cocoon of softness where time seems to stand still. Denis, driven by a contagious passion for wine, and his experienced chef delight us with varied and original dishes. The menu changes often, but the quality remains constant. In summary, Le Siffleur de Ballons is much more than a simple wine and tapas bar. It's a refuge where you can forget the cold of the Parisian winter and warm your heart and stomach in a cozy and friendly atmosphere, and I won't tell you the time at which I often leave."
