"This Chinese restaurant in Almaden Valley is decent. We placed an order and it was ready on time. The location is a bit hard to spot, tucked away in a corner next to CVS with a truck parked in front of an empty loading zone that blocked the view from the parking lot. The food tasted okay and the portions were generous, but there seemed to be something missing in the flavors. The combination fried rice lacked a certain element. The eggplant with garlic sauce was tasty but not outstanding. The orange chicken was good, with a delicious sauce that was packed separately for customization. We also enjoyed a dish with garlic, squash, and paprika. Overall, the food was decent but we've had better elsewhere. Despite a sign at the counter stating cash or Venmo only, we were able to pay with a credit card as well. When we brought this up to the person behind the counter, they confirmed that credit cards were accepted and we were able to pay with one."

Love coming here! Usually my stop before I was on my way to Santa Cruz to hang out with my friends. The fried rice and walnut shrimp are for sure my favorite items. Don't hesitate to try them out. Family owned and operated!

Convenient and friendly neighborhood Chinese style food that's fast. It's not Chinese Fast Food, as it has more or a home cooked style of dishes. I order by phone and pick it up usually within 20 30min. The Peking style spare ribs and seafood soup is our family's go to dishes.

really a hole in the wall for amazing casual Chinese takeout. if they decide to sit on this joint, their authentic Chinese specialties every week here that they offer, but they need to ask. the portion sizes are suitable for 2 for the side shells. I absolutely adore this restaurant! I stumbled upon it about a month ago and have been back several times since. They offer a fantastic selection of dishes, all of which I found to be delicious. I highly recommend the eggplant with spicy sauce. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is incredibly friendly.

I wish we had a good Chinese restaurant nearby, but this one is just okay. For the kids, we usually order roasted rice BBQ pork fried rice, chicken fried rice, or salty fish fried rice, but they all tend to be pretty bland and dry. We have also tried their noodles chow mein before, but sometimes there are more vegetables than noodles, which is quite disappointing.
