I ordered online and paid in advance, but my food took an hour to arrive. Your service could definitely use some improvement!

I ordered online in advance and had already paid, but I waited an hour for my food. They really need to improve their service speed!

The service is incredibly slow! The drive-thru should be meant for picking up orders, not for placing them and then waiting in the parking lot until they're ready. It takes far too long.

Their thin crusts are great and the employees are always very nice. The drive through menu and order board don't work and the wait times are terrible and trying to get someone to answer the phone for An order is nearly impossible. View menu

The drive-thru was the only option available, and after waiting for 30 minutes past the mobile order's pickup time, my order was still incomplete. They requested that I pull around because part of my order would be ready in 2 minutes. After doing so, I ended up waiting for another 20 minutes, only to be told to return to the back of the line. In total, I waited an hour and a half for my order, which was supposed to be ready earlier. To make matters worse, while I was in line, I saw another customer experience the same issue, but they received their food within about 5 minutes.

I had a really disappointing experience. I ordered a large Ultimate Supreme pizza and was charged $18.87 just because I requested a thin crust. They added a fee for the thin crust and also charged me for each topping, which brought my total to that amount. Interestingly, another customer came in after me, ordered the same large Ultimate Supreme and some wings, but paid significantly less. When I asked the manager if my charges were correct, he insisted that they were. I expressed my frustration at how much I was charged, and he simply shrugged it off. I definitely won’t be returning.

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. I ordered the Great Ultimate Maximum with a thin crust and ended up being charged $18.87. Not only did I pay for the thin crust, but I was also charged for each individual topping, which added up to a surprisingly high total. A man who ordered the Great Ultimate Superior and Wings after me was charged significantly less. When I asked the cashier about my charges, he insisted that everything was correct. I expressed my disbelief at the amount I was being charged, and he simply replied, "Good." After this experience, I doubt I'll be coming back. View menu
