"We were there for our anniversary. The food was good, not great. We started with the Margaritas house. My wife ordered her salt and it was so thick that it was actually in the liquid (it tasted as if you were drinking salt water). We sent it back and got one without salt. No salt was good. I had the fillet and it was very good. The fillet was cut thin and there was really not much meat, but the rest of the dish was delicious. $27.00 My wife had the Lachstonaca with Mango. The salmon was very overcooked/dry. The mango sauce was very thick as a jelly. This plate wasn't so good. $21.00 The service was good and the owner was very nice. Not sure we will return at these prices."

Got to restaurant early in the day. Was in full swing when we left. Delicious lunch, generous portions. Fresh and well prepared not overly sauced or cheesed. Definitely not typical Mexician.

We haven't been to Los Sarapes for awhile. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed! The food came out wrong not once but twice. The waitress said she was taking it off the check, but never did. To top it off the taste of the food was adequate at best.
