"It took a long time for our server to reach our table, and we received an apology for the delay. However, we were never truly greeted or asked if we had dined there before. Instead, we were immediately asked if we were ready to order. We requested water along with our drinks, but it took a while for the server to return with a couple of glasses and a bottle for us to pour ourselves. Our drinks took a considerable amount of time to arrive, but our food came out relatively quickly. We ordered the chips and queso as an appetizer. The queso was baked, which was nice, but getting to it was quite a challenge. The street tacos we had were just okay. There was some music playing sporadically, which helped set the mood, but only while it lasted. There were several TVs around, but most of them weren’t on. Next to us, a large table that had been there before us was celebrating a birthday. Unfortunately, the loud noise makers and tambourines that accompanied the singing were quite overstimulating, especially with all the other noise going on. Our server only stopped by our table once to check if everything was alright. After we finished, we waited a long time before our server returned. They didn’t ask how we enjoyed the meal or if we wanted dessert; instead, they just asked, “Ready?” We paid for our meal, and it was confusing regarding the tipping, as an 18% service charge was automatically added to the bill. We decided to leave a tip anyway. Overall, this experience was not worth the nearly $100 we spent on our meal. As we left, we were only wished a good evening and not asked about our experience or invited to return. That’s fine; we definitely will not be coming back."

"While I understand that extreme ratings—whether all positive or all negative—can skew perceptions and create a misleading image, this review is purely positive, as I truly enjoy this restaurant. Great food leads to great reviews, and fantastic customer service enhances that experience, but this restaurant offers even more; it’s truly exceptional. The food is outstanding and competes with the best Mexican restaurants. The customer service is remarkable. Even when the restaurant is bustling (and it gets REALLY busy), the staff maintains their composure and continues to provide excellent service, even when they are short-staffed. Their dessert options rival those of the Cheesecake Factory, and that's not an exaggeration. I first dined at this restaurant in 2016, and over the past three months, I've shared countless meals with friends here because it's such a wonderful place to eat and enjoy. Yes, it can get crowded and noisy, and there might be times when you’ll wait for your bill, and some items can be on the pricier side, but it’s worth it, in my opinion. The staff genuinely strives to deliver their best, and they are kind and respectful. While there’s an old saying that “the customer is always right,” they don’t interpret it that way. They are neither rude nor disrespectful, but they do not tolerate any form of disrespect or harassment from anyone. The people here are truly remarkable, and this restaurant deserves your attention. I highly recommend giving it a try!"
