"It took a long time for our server to reach our table, and we received an apology for the delay. However, we were never truly greeted or asked if we had dined there before. Instead, we were immediately asked if we were ready to order. We requested water along with our drinks, but it took a while for the server to return with a couple of glasses and a bottle for us to pour ourselves. Our drinks took a considerable amount of time to arrive, but our food came out relatively quickly. We ordered the chips and queso as an appetizer. The queso was baked, which was nice, but getting to it was quite a challenge. The street tacos we had were just okay. There was some music playing sporadically, which helped set the mood, but only while it lasted. There were several TVs around, but most of them weren’t on. Next to us, a large table that had been there before us was celebrating a birthday. Unfortunately, the loud noise makers and tambourines that accompanied the singing were quite overstimulating, especially with all the other noise going on. Our server only stopped by our table once to check if everything was alright. After we finished, we waited a long time before our server returned. They didn’t ask how we enjoyed the meal or if we wanted dessert; instead, they just asked, “Ready?” We paid for our meal, and it was confusing regarding the tipping, as an 18% service charge was automatically added to the bill. We decided to leave a tip anyway. Overall, this experience was not worth the nearly $100 we spent on our meal. As we left, we were only wished a good evening and not asked about our experience or invited to return. That’s fine; we definitely will not be coming back."

Terrible service, poor food quality, and an excessively long wait to be seated. I will not be returning.

Waitress warned us that they were an hour behind. We were willing to wait. However did not realize this included drinks and service. To make matters worse it did not appear to be that busy.

The restaurant is clearly miss managed. They didn’t have anyone manning the entrance to seat people. Even with reservations it took us 25 minutes to be seated. The restaurant was not busy but poorly organized.

The drinks were quite weak; we barely tasted any alcohol and mostly just the mixers, which was disappointing, especially for a Latino restaurant. However, the food was fantastic! Overall, it was a good experience. View menu

The first choice that ordered they didn't have because the had no chicken. Then I picked something else and they didn't have that either. Not real happy with what I had it was just okay. They need to be more prepared.

Food was decent. Unfortunately service was poor. Forgot one of our mains. Took a while for any service. Also they automatically charge 18% to the bill which goes to all the staff. Then they tell you to add additional 3-7% for the server. No incentive for good service.

Cinco De Mayo! The live music was exciting and the aesthetic is definitely there. The service was probably the best thing for me. Everyone was so sweet! The food wasn’t my favorite but they had a limited menu For the holiday so I get it! I’ll def be back. Those mojitos were perfect. View menu

we decided to celebrate the success of our new company for the situation and the vegetarian taco options. there was no rush and the front door was locked. we just wanted to go as a server moved us to put him back. once sitting, it took 15 minutes to order everything and more 10 to order the chips and salsa we ordered. the second appetizer came out after our escapes, which all came out separately, about 5-10 minutes after each other. a so strange experience. the eating was lukewarm, the chorizo on the nachos was perhaps 1/4 cup and sprinkled like black pepper, our drinks were empty, also looking for the server for filling twice, and it still cost us just shy $90 for three of us. there are so...

We decided to visit to celebrate our latest business venture’s success for the location and the vegetarian taco options. There was no host and the main door was locked. We were about to leave when a server motioned us tot he back room/bar. Once seated, it took 15 minutes to order anything and another 10 to get the chips and salsa we ordered. The second appetizer came out after our entrees which all came out separately about 5-10 minutes after each other. Such a strange experience. The food was lukewarm, the chorizo on the nachos was maybe 1/4 cup and sprinkled around like black pepper, our drinks sat empty even after asking the server for refills twice, and it still cost us just shy of $90 f...
