Despite all this frustration, the lady who assisted me at the self-checkout wished me a nice day. I guess it’s a good thing they’re in the grocery business and not baseball because they clearly can’t hit the mark. Everyone has to eat, but if they can't get things right, I don’t think they’ll keep their customers.

This store offers an impressive selection and variety in all important categories. I often visit Lowe's Foods because they are deeply rooted in North Carolina and actively support local suppliers and farmers. They provide excellent quality and value, making a significant positive impact on the communities they serve.

Staff in all aspects of this grocery store are friendly and go out of their way to ensure I am satisfied. Extremely clean store, very well-stocked, tons of choices, great baked products, and I love the BBQ items they make right there in-store. The staff at Lowes Foods are friendly and provide a great variety of wines. The deli is divided into multiple sections, and the bakery regularly updates its display with fresh products. Although it may not be the cheapest grocery store around, watching for sales and benefiting from the $0.05 gas discount per $100 spent makes shopping here worthwhile.

The employees at this grocery store are incredibly friendly and always go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The store is spotless, well-stocked, and offers an excellent variety of choices. Their baked goods are superb, and I especially love the BBQ items that are prepared fresh on-site. Don't forget to grab their loyalty card to benefit from the best prices on numerous products!

The most concerning problem with this establishment is their lackadaisical attitude toward pricing errors. While a minor overcharge might seem insignificant, when it happens frequently in light of their high sales volume, it accumulates into a substantial amount of money taken from customers. Their indifferent response to these mistakes is frustrating, especially since they are quick to penalize anyone who tries to steal. I'm not a local, so I probably won’t get the chance to visit this wonderful place again, but I’m completely captivated by it. They offer a great range of beers and wines, a fantastic deli, and an appealing assortment of ready-made sandwiches and small plates. The produce is fresh, and their meat selection is outstanding. The checkout staff are cheerful and friendly, and both the baggers and stock clerks are extremely helpful. It’s a shame I had to leave, but my time in the area was much better thanks to this gem!

My experience is poor , in 3 months I have caught them failing to ring up the advertised price on various items . The deli is staffed by incompetent children that are slow and sloppy , forget asking for a specific amount of a product, you need to pointat a container and then it's a coin toss . Now I remember why I don 't go here... Aside from the prices typically being twice the price of other places I go Strike 1, the one thing I went there for was the only thing not stocked. Strike 2, the first person I asked to check if they had in backbrought out something else that was not the same and cost twice as much as what I was looking for. Strike 3. I asked someone ina different department if there was someone working in the meat department and they said, there should be, just yell in backfor help and they should come out ...
