"This restaurant has a vegetarian section to its menu and lots of veg options. The best part is they have vegan options for every single one of the vegetarian corner options, which is awesome! However, I get the sense that you can't just ask for any dish to be made vegan, so just be aware of that. Vietnamese food uses a lot of fish sauces, so stick with the vegetarian corner and easy dishes like pho, and you'll be fine. The veg corner has so many delicious choices, I just drool thinking about them. There is delicious rich sauce for all of them, too. I don't usually like eating deep fried tofu, but here, they use large thick pieces, so it's not as rubbery as other places. While I'd still prefer just soft tofu, this is as good as it gets if you're eating deep fried tofu for Asian dishes. The noodles are great, so if you like rice noodles, you'll be very happy here. The veggies are scrumptious, and I love there are dishes with just veggies three of them, featuring spinach, bok choy and broccoli. The flavors are so fresh and delicious, I always want to order more. Eating rice noodles and rice with the veggie dishes though, I fill up relatively quickly. Tofu hot pot, green beans with tofu, a tofu with chili and lemon grass flavors. So many options for main dishes here, I love it. There's even a fried rice dish in the veg section. Appetizers include veggie summer rolls or spring rolls. They do not have brown rice, typical for more traditional Asian restaurants. I'm hungry again and will be back soon, I hope!"

I really enjoy this restaurant. They have excellent vegan choices and everything is clearly labeled. If you're unsure, just ask to confirm if something is vegan. I recently had the Tofu Salt Peppers and I'm already thinking about ordering it again.

This restaurant offers a wide variety of vegan options and they have a good understanding of vegan cuisine. Just be sure to ask to confirm that your dish is prepared vegan. The vegan Pho soup is delicious, especially when made with vegetable broth.

I had a great experience the first time I visited this restaurant, but today's visit was a different story. Unfortunately, my pho vegetables were overcooked and mushy, and the broth wasn't hot enough to properly cook the basil or sprouts. It seemed like my soup had been sitting out for a while before being served. It was a letdown, especially since I had chosen to come here on my day off. Hopefully, it was just an off day for the restaurant, but I probably won't be making a special trip back anytime soon. View menu

This restaurant offers a diverse vegetarian menu with plenty of options. The best part is that they also have vegan options available for each vegetarian item on the menu. However, not all dishes can be made vegan, so it's important to double-check. The Vietnamese food here is delicious, with a focus on the vegetarian corner and simple dishes like Pho. The vegetarian options are flavorful and satisfying, with rich sauces and perfectly cooked tofu. The noodles are excellent, especially if you enjoy rice noodles. There are also dishes featuring a variety of vegetables, such as spinach, bok choy, and broccoli. The flavors are fresh and appetizing, making you want to try more dishes. The menu of...

this restaurant has a vegetarian section to its menu and many veg options. the best part is, they have vegan options for each one of the vegetarian eck options that is fantastic! However, I get the sense that they can not only ask for any dish to be made vegan, so just note that. Vietnamese eating uses a lot of fish sauce, so stick them with the vegetarian corner and simple dishes like pho, and they will be in order. the Veg-bag has so many tasty choices, I drool just think about them. there are also delicious rich sauce for everyone. I don't like eating deep roasted tofu, but here they use big thick pieces, so it's not as gum-like as other places. while I'd rather be just soft tofu, that's...

"Today was my first time eating at Thacher Rye and I’m ecstatic to say it was not be my last. I stumbled upon the restaurant after a quick Google search that screamed “EAT HERE” There are many places suggested for best brunch in Frederick and I’ve tried many of them; Jojo’s, Nola, Up on Market St and Hootch and Banter (to name a few and nothing, I mean nothing, compares to the service and quality of food as Thacher Rye. Immediately upon entering I was concerned that I was under dressed since I had just came up to get a beard trim and was dressed in athletic wear. The extremely handsome and very friendly Jordan, who greeted me with the kindest smile ever, assured me that I was ok. He gave me a quick tour of the dining room (which is so beautiful, like the entire building and we decided to sit at the bar with the incredibly charismatic and stunning Hannah! Hannah was multitasking like crazy all while making incredible eye contact and killing the customer service game. Chick Fil A should send their employees to Hannah for training! I had kind of made my mind up with what I was going to eat and after hearing Hannah’s suggestions, I stuck with what I wanted. Which was a mistake. Always listen to the employees!!! Now don’t get me wrong, my food was incredible, but now I can’t stop dreaming of Shakshuka. I did decide to add the Grits which are the best I’ve had anywhere outside of Atlanta. What a treat to discover this restaurant today. Now I just need a nap Thanks to everyone who made my first time eating here so incredible!!"
