"What a charming little dive! The authentic Chinese food here is absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. The entrees are not dry or bland like at other places. The portion sizes are decent, although sometimes a little more meat would be nice, but we understand that times are tough with inflation. Our food was ready within 15 minutes of ordering and was fresh and hot. The combination plate with an egg roll was a steal at around $10. We were greeted warmly and wished a nice evening. A friend recommended this place to me and the Chinese food was so good that I ended up coming back the following week. The Kung Pao Chicken, Shrimp Broccoli, Beef Broccoli, and pork fried rice that came with the entrees were all fantastic. The egg roll was also amazing. Definitely recommend checking this place out!"

Best beef and broccoli I've had in my life! 10/10. We got shrimp eggrolls too, they were fried to perfection. Thank you!

I received multiple calls from the restaurant after waiting nearly 45 minutes for my order and being unable to pick it up. It felt quite harassing. View menu

The Chinese food at this restaurant is fantastic (and delicious)! I have ordered takeout several times and have always been impressed with the quality. Definitely try the beef chow fun - you won't regret it!

Theyforgot to put me something in my order that I bought. But I couldn't get back to them that day. But they did give me my food and also another order free. The food is really delicious and the people are nice. I come from west Baltimore to there

Awful. Just absolutely awful. I ordered chicken chow mein, and what I got was a huge container of chow mein that barely had three pieces of chicken, all chopped into minuscule bits—smaller than a dime, no less. It was ridiculous. To top it off, there was no flavor at all. Seriously, at least add a pinch of salt! Never again. View menu

This spot reminds me of the old Chinese carry outs from back in the day. When it came time for me to order my food I had a very hard time trying to understand what she was saying. The lady did not speak good english so right then and there I knew I was going to get an authentic Chinese dish. I ordered the General Tso chicken and it was great!

The food at this restaurant is fantastic. I placed a pickup order and it was ready in 20 minutes. Everything was perfect - the food tasted delicious, was still hot, and was well packed in the takeout bag. The prices were reasonable for the generous portions. I highly recommend trying the General Tso's chicken, Kung Pao chicken, and Egg rolls. Overall, it's a great place to eat!

"Highly recommend Sweet Peaz Southern Kitchen! The food is served fresh and hot. We were a party of eight and ordered Fried Whiting with Yams and Mac n Cheese, Chicken and Waffles, Fried Chicken Wings, Chicken Tenders, Fried Shrimp, French Fries, and Collard Greens. The Sweet Potato Waffles were absolutely delicious! The fried chicken, shrimp, and fish were cooked perfectly and tasted as good as they looked. The seasoning was just right—not too salty, allowing the flavors to shine. The yams and collards were a real treat for the taste buds. And the cornbread? Simply amazing. My only disappointment was that the first taste was free (haha). The Mac n Cheese was decent, but the Chicken Tenders didn’t quite live up to their name; however, they did remake them for us to take home. The space is small and simple, with old-school music that adds to the enjoyable dining experience. They limit dining to one hour to ensure everyone can enjoy the food, which I appreciate—I dislike when people linger for too long when others are waiting. The staff were friendly, making us feel valued and appreciated. Prices are reasonable. One downside was that many items were unavailable, including grits—which was a big letdown since I was looking forward to the famous Shrimp and Grits—as well as butter, potato salad, seafood salad, and tartar sauce. I recommend calling ahead if you’re craving a specific dish. Despite this, it was a great dining choice and lived up to the positive reviews. Overall, we left satisfied and would gladly return. Parking is street parking only, as there’s no dedicated lot."
