"The banana milkshake was incredibly authentic and truly delicious, especially if you love the flavor of bananas. The burger was cooked perfectly and had a great taste as well. I was pleasantly surprised by how well it turned out, especially considering it was a late-night delivery."

"Tried to give me old fries that were cooked awhile ago!! Swore they were fresh and argued with me about them after i requested REAL fresh ones cooked. We still kept going back and forth until i said i wanted a refund. She rather give a refund than to cook fresh fries! Smh..... TO THE LADY THAT WANTED TO CONTINUE ENGAGING WITH ME: 1. JUST BECAUSE FRIES SIT IN A BASKET ABOVE THE OIL, DOESN 'T MAKE THEM FRESH FRIES!!!! 2. Were those $2 fries that important to lose a regular customer who eats there at least 2x a week? 3. How do you think you get paid on payday? Do you know where the money comes from? 4. Learn the meaning of customer service!!!!! 5. No matter how you feel about the food, the customer has to eat it and they should get whst they want because guess what? THEY FREAKN PAID FOR IT!!!!"

"I tried the fried gizzards and fries, and I absolutely loved it! The food was hot and delicious. It had been quite a while since my last visit, and I noticed that the gizzards are a bit smaller and firmer than I remember. I suppose the food industry is still bouncing back from the effects of COVID."

"I met an old friend here and had a great time. The food came hot and fresh and Wanda gave us awesome service. The egg white steak and cheese omelet was delicious. I'm glad I didn't read the reviews first because doing so would have changed my mind. We have some good and bad days, I'm happy I came on a great day!"

"Please read carefully as this review may be confusing. Today was a different kind of experience. Usually, I go through the drive thru on my lunch break and order my usual (roast beef classic, crinkle cut fries with a side of cheese, an apple turnover, and a coke. However, when I drove through the drive thru line, there was a sign on the speaker that directed customers to order inside. It was unfortunate, but it was alright as I was not in a hurry. When I entered, the line was to the door and they only had one out of two registers open. I could have become upset about it, but I could hear the young woman on the register being very polite and patient with customers. Once I get to the register, I place my order, and wait to the side for my number to be called. Unfortunately, I had to go the counter to get my order as I noticed that other people that placed their order after me were receiving theirs and you could sense the frustration within other customers. I did have to reapproach the counter and receive a few items they forgot to include from my order. As of what you are reading right now, it may not sound like a 4 start review rating. HOWEVER... I am giving them 4 starts because of the high levels of effort that were put in to take customer orders and resolve issues. As I was waiting, the manager did her best to fix the second register and instructed one of her co-workers to begin taking orders and trimming down the line while she filled and sent out orders. All of the staff were very polite to each customer as well. This is something that you do not see too often; especially, in fast food restaurants. It was definitely a situation where anyone could have given a snobby attitude toward customers as the customers expressed their frustration. Additionally, I would have given them 5 starts but my food was cold . Overall: I was truly surprised by this experience. Props to the staff and I hope they continue to do great!"
