"The food was incredible! Unfortunately, the service was lacking. We ordered ceviche de pescado but received ceviche de camarón instead. It wasn’t a huge issue, and we would have happily accepted it, but the waitress chose to argue with us and insisted that we were mistaken. She gave us attitude and didn't return to our table, sending someone else in her place. We would have gladly kept the dish and paid for it, but that $44 service charge was unwarranted."

I had a disappointing experience during my last visit to the restaurant. I've dined there several times before, but this time the red snapper was not fresh, had an off taste, and was overcooked. The staff seemed unconcerned that I was dissatisfied with my meal. We barely ate any of it. They suggest that if we don't like the food, then there's something wrong with the customer. I would not recommend this place.
