Mastrantos - Menu

Poor management. I reserved a table for 5. Gave deposit on cc via resy. At the end of meal they wouldn’t deduct the prior payment from my bill. They said that I had to pay and in a few days they would credit back. First that is unacceptable as I should not have to basically pay twice. And second 10 days later no refund!

I have to start by saying how amazing the service was. The staff at Mastranto?s were so helpful with sharing their meal choice opinions and were so accommodating. The espresso martini was the best that I?ve had! Both my partner and I were in love with ourappetizer choice and main courses. Can?t recommend this place enough?a must for a date night in Houston!

It’s a date night. Muscle was great. The whole fish was a little salty and too naked; it only had the fish and potatoes instead of garnished.The kitchen exhaust was not strong enough that our clothes absorbed the food aroma.The pepper is on a shaker instead of in a crusher dispenser, but at least it’s a fine grain.The empty plate wasn’t taken from the table. The service at this restaurant is top-notch and the freshly made pasta is delicious! The cocktails are unique and delicious too. We were able to grab breakfast for dinner and the owners go above and beyond to make sure your experience is exceptional. They use seasonal ingredients that keep the menu interesting. Definitely one of our favorite spots in the neighborhood!

First time visiting here. Decor seemed interesting. Music was way too loud, but most disappointing was the brunch. My eggs, bacon, and potatoes were cold. The biscuit was so hard, the knife would not cut it open. Coffee was old and cold as well. The waitstaff did not seem friendly or engaging. There are so many great places in Houston to eat. I won't be visiting here again.

Mastrantos always exceeds expectations! Each dish on the menu is carefully prepared and absolutely delicious. I have never been disappointed with any of my orders. I chose to celebrate my birthday dinner here because I know I can rely on the restaurant to provide outstanding flavors and they were very accommodating with my large group. My wife and I came to this restaurant for a Dinner in the Dark experience. The location is small, but the interior looks really nice. The atmosphere for the night was amazing, and we really enjoyed the unique experience of eating while blindfolded. We tried the meat option, which included posole and steak, as well as dessert. It was a different and exciting experience to share with my wife. The service was excellent, and the hostess was very attentive.

as a pasta shop, the menu is limited and eating is under-par. I ordered garnelen cross and the parpadelle. they were in order, the pasta was not the best I ever had. it could also have been the lighting because the bar lighting was blue and so it looked unobtrusive. I give them three stars because of the service I got. I went on a Saturday night and sat on the bar. the host was friendly and as my server. I asked for a recommendation and pablo made me a cocktail, a portland herbst. it tasted really good, like a sparkling brombeer drink I enjoyed. for dessert, I asked for ice and she gave me a potted vanilla ice cream nut and caramel puzzle up. that was so delicious and I loved it. As a pasta restaurant, the menu is limited and the food is mediocre. I ordered shrimp crudo and the pappardelle, both of which were just okay. The pasta wasn't the best I've ever had, and the blue lighting in the bar made the food look unappetizing. I give them 3 stars primarily because of the service I received. I visited on a Saturday evening and sat at the bar, where the host and server were friendly. I asked for a recommendation, and Pablo made me a mocktail called Portland's Autumn, which was delicious, tasting like a sparkling blackberry drink.
