Matcha Cafe Maiko - Menu

I absolutely adore anything matcha green tea! Their matcha green tea soft serve is a favorite of mine. They even offer free cones! I chose to have my soft serve matcha green tea in a cup.

After not feeling satisfied at Banana Bay, we were glad to check out this corner spot.The fake windows design caught my eyes and when I saw matcha ice cream I was excited.I was upset to very happy!!Can't go wrong with ice cream!

This was my first visit to this location, and it was fantastic! One of my favorite matcha spots just opened, and their matcha ice cream was amazing. They use premium matcha, which has a rich and intense flavor—it’s perfect for matcha lovers like me! I highly recommend it! View menu

The matcha is amazing, but the owner is lacking in customer service and was quite rude. We typically spent around $30-40 during our visits for the gold-flaked matcha and a variety of ice creams for the kids. Customers come to dessert shops for the experience, not just the product. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning because of this.

I had a craving for Nana's green tea, but unfortunately, they only have locations in Seattle and Vancouver. This was the closest option I could find, as it offers soft serve. The matcha flavor was excellent—not too bitter—and the selection was nice. However, the red bean was slightly undercooked. I ended up paying about $9 for a cup of soft serve matcha ice cream with red bean.

This matcha soft serve is fantastic! The matcha flavor is robust, allowing you to savor the slight bitterness of the tea, which I personally enjoy. The texture is great, and it's not overly sweet. It’s a definite improvement over typical green tea ice cream, although I would appreciate a touch more creaminess. The waffle cone was delightful as well. Matcha-focused drinks and dessert spot with a few other outposts. Came here for dessert post-lunch and got a matcha soft serve (which was huge). It was very creamy and not too sweet, which I appreciated. They have a stamp card program. Credit cards accepted. There were a couple of outdoor seats. Private parking lot available. No public restrooms. They make your order right after you pay. When we went around 2, there wasn't a line.

It would've been 5 stars except they used TOO much match powder and it made the ice cream texture less creamy. But flavor wise, they do NOT go cheap, you can feel the full blast of the green tea matcha in you whole mouth. We tried out the regular soft serve where you can taste the green tea the max on a waffle good. A very good starter choice. I highly recommend the Maiko special. It was surprise after surprise as you eat from the top to the bottom of the cup. It had layers of corn flakes, red bean, mochi and sponge cake. It was a perfect pair to the matcha blasting flavor. Definitely worth a try when you're in the area.

Came here for a late night ice cream fix, and was NOT disappointed We ordered the matcha soft serve and the hojicha soft serve. Both of them were SO creamy and they gave a generous amount of ice cream. Plus, they only serve them in WAFFLE cones. Love that. Personally, the matcha ice cream was a little too bitter but the hojicha had this perfect balance between sweet and matcha. Only thing I would recommend for the owners to change...is their MENU. It was pretty confusing to read at first because it was so disorganized. It looked like they had a lot of great stuff on the menu, but I kind of gave up on ordering anything else and just went for the soft serve ice cream. View menu
