Mcdonald's - Menu

The restaurant serves pre-cooked food while also preparing fresh meals, yet you still end up waiting for the old food that has just been chopped.

I received the wrong order. Take my advice and choose a different restaurant; the food here is never freshly prepared. With a rating of 2.9, it clearly has some issues.

Went thru drive-thru towards 10pm on a weekday. Everything was hot and they even had the ice cream maker going to make my shake. Probably the best McDonalds experience ive ever had. View menu

Got told to park on 3 to wait for my food and 40 mins later we go in and get told they forgot about us and we already paid for our food... this mc. Donald's sucks and needs to be shut down.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. The manager was incredibly rude. When I requested a refund, she cursed at me and claimed she had returned my card, but it never showed up. I feel like I've lost my money and won’t be getting it back.

Waited in line for 12 mins,just to get to the window for then to say,your cookies in the oven,dang it should 've been finished as long as I sat there,then after pulling up waiting,5 mins later,she comes out with cookies that wasn 't even fresh...other food was cold while basically waiting on "supposedly "fresh cookies, that was cold and hard? **Original Review** (February 24): I’m really disappointed. For some reason, this particular location can never seem to keep its ice cream machine working—it’s always down! This has to be a problem with management or a lack of desire to serve ice cream. Honestly, I've visited many McDonald's across the USA throughout my 65 years, and this one is at the bottom of my list. Every time I try to give it another chance, there's always something disappointing—whether it's the wrong order, missing items, unhelpful staff, being out of a condiment, or, of course, no ice cream at all!

We visited the restaurant but were disappointed by the service. Many customers, including ourselves, were left waiting for our food without being attended to. There was a lady at the drive-thru, while the front counter was completely neglected. People were complaining, and a DoorDash customer was waiting for an order that never arrived. An employee mentioned they were short-staffed, but this didn't help those of us waiting for assistance. We noticed some teenage boys wandering behind the counter in hoodies, and they didn’t seem like they belonged there. Frustrated by the lack of attention, we decided to leave. Once inside, the cashier—who didn’t have a name tag—took my fiancé’s order. She rudely exclaimed that she couldn’t hear her, prompting my fiancé to pull her mask down to repeat the order. When it was my turn, I clearly stated my order, which she took. After my fiancé received her drink, I was still waiting on mine when the cashier abruptly asked, "What are you waiting for?" I replied, "My sweet tea." She then claimed she didn't hear me order tea, to which I insisted I definitely did. Eventually, she started to make it after my fiancé confirmed she heard my order.
