"I walked into this restaurant and waited for five minutes before finally placing my order at the kiosk, despite only three customers ahead of me. Both I and the other patrons were frustrated with the long wait and began to discuss why it was taking so long, especially since the drive-thru line was moving efficiently. I ordered a 6-piece nugget Happy Meal, a large fry, two apple pies, and a Dr. Pepper at 12:09. After waiting for 15 minutes, my husband decided to park in the drive-thru to see if that would speed things up, as no one could explain the delay. My order was already displayed on the screen, indicating it should have been ready. When my husband informed the staff of his intentions, miraculously, the other three customers and I finally received our food. In total, it took exactly 21 minutes for my complete order to be fulfilled, which is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the employee was visibly upset with my husband’s actions and carelessly tossed my order into a bag on the counter. I have never experienced such poor service, and they should be embarrassed by this level of service."

I absolutely love this McDonald's! The staff is always so kind and patient with me. I appreciate that they bring my mobile order out to my car, and they're always friendly, even in cold or rainy weather! The food here is among the best McDonald's I've ever had.
