During my visit to the drive-thru, I was disappointed to find that I received no napkins, just a packet of honey meant for biscuits with my Chicken Nuggets, and a Diet Coke instead of the regular Coke I ordered. The Coke tasted stale, as it had clearly been sitting too long; the ice was completely melted, and it was warm.
