This McDonald's location in Michigan is the best. I am willing to drive 35 minutes out of my way just to come here. The food tastes just like it used to and is definitely worth the drive!

Asked for extra breakfast sauce on bagels...charged for it...and the bagel is always dry. With all the extra times I've paid for extra sauce and do not receive it I've paid for 3 bagels already. Tired of getting ripped off! View menu

We received the incorrect order, were not acknowledged when we thanked them, and overall, McDonald's is generally disappointing. I went without eating their food for over 2 months and regretted breaking that streak this morning.

Just sat in the drive-through for 20 minutes truck in front of me never moved they could at least come out and say we're closed or something. FAIL. Update 7-14-23 orange juice this morning was litterally water with a hint of orange taste horrible. FAIL x2

The workers at this McDonald's were rude and unprofessional, with some even sleeping on the job. I couldn't believe the lack of respect when I politely said "bless you" to a coworker who sneezed. Their response was "you're welcome" and "have a nice day." I have never seen such ungrateful employees in my life. View menu

Worst experience!! Waited 20 minutes for someone to come up to the front register and take my order! While all the employees were laughing and flirting with each other. They literally just stared at me while I was waiting . And they weren't even that busy. Every time I come to this location there is an issue. These employees did nothing but waste my time.

I am a doordasher, and I Picked up a DoorDash order from here and it took over 15 minutes, I could see cars that had just pulled into the parking lot l, pulling away from it’s their food and I wasn’t getting asked by any employee if I needed help. After finally getting the order, walked out to my car, only to be told they forgot part of the meal. I normally don’t mind stuff like this, but it was just ridiculous How multiple cars were pulling in and driving away before I even got asked if I was picking up an order.

Food was good, fresh and hot. Restaurant was clean. After finishing our food and cleaning up the table, tried to get soft drink refills. Went to the front counter, waited patiently for no one to help us, even with two employees walking right past us to get behind the counter. I eventually got tired of waiting so walked behind the counter and asked an employee for assistance. She hollers out, what do you need and my reply a refill please. Her response, we don 't do that no more. Hum, excuse me?!? I 've never heard that before, maybe it 's this location, maybe not, I didn 't see any no refill signs... Guess I 'll go to a different McDonald 's next time. View menu
