Wow I had the best meal here today. My family arrived at 12 knowing they were closing early to enjoy the holidays with their families. We sat at the bar and the bartender was fantastic. Best service ever!! The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Food was great as always and came out quick. Atmosphere was great and felt very festive. I loved that everyone was wearing pajama pants to celebrate Christmas Eve. Mellow Mushroom Hiram is 10/10, everyone should go here.

Food was great, but the service was awful. We started with one server, who apparently had something come up then another server came and brought us our food, then we sat there with empty drinks for about 15 and watched the 2 of them chatting it up, while looking over at us, then the original server came back to give us the check. While sitting there, my husband went to take a drink of his water and there was either mold or mildew floating in his water. Like I said, food was good, but the service was awful.

The Hiram mellow mushroom makes me so sad. I LOVE mellow! I’ve been to dozens of mellows and always had an amazing experience. I worked at Mellow for a long time, as did my husband. Every mellow we have ever been to has been consistent and amazing, this one is just awful every time. It’s the closest one to our house so we keep trying to give it more chances but the food is so nasty it makes me feel sick and I have never once experienced bad food at any other mellow. I think the staff was just never trained properly but it really is so disappointing.
