Expected better food quality based on the other reviews. Prices were good but the food was pretty average, if not slightly below par. I got the lotus leaf rice, turnip cake and noodle rolls. Probably won't be returning.

Food was really good and the staff was nice and friendly. However, I am giving 3 stars because the restaurant was simply not clean! For food that’s this good you would hope to have cleaner restrooms and steaming areas but this place was filthy dirty! Won’t be returning. View menu

This is a great place to order dim sum for takeout. I enjoyed the baked egg buns, spring rolls filled with shrimp and chives, and the flavorful sui mai filled with chunks of shrimp. I will definitely be ordering from here again, as the prices are reasonable and the food is worth it.

Love the dim sum here! Particular items that are good: siu mai, har gow, baked bbq pork bun, and the steamed crispy rice noodle roll! Weve ordered delivery and thats decent but also sat in restaurant and the service is very good. Super attentive, nice and polite! Highly recommend Mings Tasty for good dim sum.

This is a gem. I be been there for dim sum many times already. Food is very tasty.and prepared when order. Prices is very reasonable. Service is excellent. They never charge you 15% for service mandatory like other restaurant weather you agree or not. Don't forget to tip,credit cards are accepted. I have searched high and low for Chinese takeout that truly satisfies me. Mings has the most delicious Wonton Soup I've had in a long time. While I do wish they would use a different green vegetable, like Chinese broccoli, instead of the lettuce-like greens they currently use, the dumplings and broth are still worth it. The Crispy Spring Rolls are fantastic, as are the Rice Noodle Rolls with Shrimp. I find myself ordering these items regularly.

Great food at a very good price. The fried tofu skin wrap with shirmp was a pleasant surprise. The tofu skin gives it more flavor then your standard egg roll wrap. The BBQ pork bums and just the right size and the ratio to bbq and dough is perfect. Meat was tender and full of flavor. Pork and shrimp dumplings packed with meat and delicious. Havent had time to taste other goodies I ordered. But I know I will not be disappointed!! Thank you Ming!

seriously the best worth dimsum spot I've ever had. her dimsum is top notch, my partner and I will get it every time we get to oakland. the owners are also beautiful and super friendly! ordering our favourites are the black bean substitute ribs (several orders). we had no better in sf,) the snow-covered pigs, and the sticky rice and chop meat in lotus leaf. serious, amazing, authentic dimming sum. if they are really picky about the ambiente, they will pick up instead, but we love the experience to sit on one of the community tables surrounded by older dances and oncles, that is the real sign of an amazing Chinese restaurant!
