"Edit 2023: Minh passed away a few years ago I was SO sad! , and Mindy, his wife who was always so friendly and welcoming, also no longer works there. I think the family sold the business to another family ? . I only went there once after Minh 's passing, and the menu and staff had changed. So, the review below is about the Old Minh 's. I love this place. Like others have said, judge by the food and not the decor. Some of my personal favorites: Beef with Tomato Noodle Soup, Bibimbap, Dwaeji Bulgogi Korean spicy pork, served with kimchi of course . My son likes the boiled beef, which is like a spicy beef soup. The beef with lime salad is also really good. Prices are also very reasonable."

Overall, things are great! It's one of the few pho places in town.

Over a dozen years later, and still good food. Had the beef hot pot and it was great.

The food was excellent. The hot and sour soup, which was priced at $6.90 for a small bowl, was delicious but a bit on the expensive side. View menu

Overall, the experience was wonderful. They even washed the bean sprouts we bought. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent.

This place has improved alot since 2006, new owners are wondering. The food was delicious We got crab ragoons (best I've had) pad thai and beef hunan and kimchi fried rice...portions were generous and made very well . They have bubble teas as well as other drink options.

Just moved in town, and boy was I happy to find a place that gives me a familiar vibe. I ordered a Brisket Pho and it hits really close to what I had in Vietnam. My friend ordered a Korean Udon Noodle with Shrimp, which isn't a native Korean dish according to her (a Korean) but pleasantly good as well. Walnut Shrimp is also a must try. The staff were helpful, warm, and welcoming. View menu

I had the special pho, which has rare beef, tendon, and beef balls. The broth tastes like it comes from powder rather than being boiled down. The rare beef was good as was the tendon, the beef balls had a slight freezer burned taste and were grisly. On the table were Sriracha and Hoisin, we asked for sate and were given a garlic chili oil. As far as Vietnamese food goes, this is about a 6 1/2-7 out of 10 compared to Seattle but is a good way to satisfy that craving.

I’d never ever been to Minh’s, though I’ve driven by a zillion times living here! Online, most reviews were stellar, so I was excited to try it the other day. Greeting you in the store is the family Corgi and the sweetest girl behind the counter! With an extensive menu, we ordered some familiar dishes: custard dumplings, crab Rangoon, and the combo plate of almond chicken, sweet and sour prawns, pork fried rice, and pork chow mein. It was indeed sooooo fantastic! SOOOO MUCH FOOD. Definitely look at the reviews and photos to get an idea of what you might want to try, but this is definitely a place I’ll be revisiting!
